In addition, the apartment was located in a neighboring building (the reservation indicated block A3 沈阳团结路11-2号A3座, we were accommodated in an apartment in block C5). When we saw the apartment, we were shocked to say the least - torn wallpaper, torn upholstery on chairs, broken parquet on the floor, stains on the ceiling. In the bathroom there is a dirty coating on the shower stall, rusty spots, practically no lighting, twilight. And the floor brush, black with dirt, is simply terrible. As a result of negotiations with the owner, we were told that either we live here, or we can leave and the money will not be returned to us. I showed the photo on the reservation and told us to be accommodated in the apartments listed on the website, but no, the owner said that those apartments were occupied, decide quickly whether you would stay or not. Of course I had to stay, otherwise where would I go? You can’t rent an apartment day after day. Pros: comfortable bed and view from the window. Of the minuses, everything else, including the socket - one on the wall, the second in the kitchen area, they asked for two extension cords, because... There was even nowhere to turn on the kettle. And all the time these extension cords were constantly underfoot, tripping several times. Yes. There were also no dishes in the apartment, they said they didn’t provide them, perhaps it was in the description, but in fact - people don’t travel with frying pans and pots, is it really so expensive to provide at least some of the dishes. There were no bath towels, again I had to beg, for 9 days there was no replacement of bed linen or towels, there was no cleaning either... The apartment turned out to be a corner, so the second bed was located separately behind a partition, and not as in the photo in one room , and instead of a TV there was a closet. In general, we were very upset with the apartment, but we couldn’t influence it in any way, so I’m writing a review here so that people know which apartments they can get into. P.S. I am very glad that China has opened its borders and we can travel again, I understand that after the pandemic it is very difficult for everyone and there are no resources for a major restoration of housing, but, dear owners of Shenyang Yijia Apartment, you can paint the walls and re-glue the wallpaper on your own without involving large money... This is not our first time in Shenyang, but it was our first time living in such a terrible apartment. I do not recommend these apartments. The last three photos are from the site.

The room is hygienic, the bathing conditions are also good, the sound insulation effect is quite good, the transportation is very convenient, and the price/performance ratio is quite high considering that it is near the North Station.

When we went to Shenyang North Railway Station from Guangzhou, it took about 13 minutes to walk 800 meters from the South Square. It was convenient and easy to find. There was also a washing machine, but it was inconvenient to wash and dewater the old one manually, and the shower head was broken. It has not been replaced, the water flow is very slow, it is very hot or very cold, which is very difficult to deal with. The floor heating is too hot and the windows cannot be opened, so I am not used to sleeping all night.

The room is large, spacious and bright, no odor, the boss is enthusiastic, close to the train station, good location, all food downstairs, can issue invoices, high cost performance, better than the express hotel

Very close to Shenyang North Railway Station, the room is also clean, and there are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient
