乾淨，衞生。出行方便，離故宮，大帥府，中街都很近。走着就到了。老闆娘人好，熱情。孩子落下東西，我自己還不知道呢，人家把照片都給我發來了。推薦家庭旅遊住，床大，不擠。下次來還住。

用老小區房改造的民宿，房間內設施相對價格來説已經很好了，衞生非常好，位置非常好，美女老闆娘服務非常好，可以説有求必應甚至讓人有點小感動；故宮、少帥府就在門口，步行街、小河沿早市、南關天主教堂都在步行範圍內

對面就是張學良舊居，逛景點很方便，周邊吃的比較多，房間乾淨整潔，房東很熱情，免費存行李還請我們吃西瓜，點贊

房間的地理位置相當棒，就在大帥府對面，雖然樓比較舊，沒有電梯。但是，房間裏面是新的。特別要説的是老闆提供的夏涼被很柔軟，比自己家裡買的還好，我老公這麼挑剔的人都連連稱讚，為了不跟姑娘搶被子，讓老闆娘又拿了一床被子，老闆娘冒雨送過來，這可真比住酒店強多了。房子裏有洗衣機還可以洗衣服晾衣服。總之，非常滿意，下次有機會來我一定還住你家。
