設施：公共設施有機器人，洗衣房，簡單的健身房，餐廳
房間設施：有電視（可投屏），有WiFi，空調，小沙發，小桌子，智能馬桶（坐墊加熱和自動沖水），有消防設施，有穿衣鏡，洗手池做在了門口，所以鏡子也很大
衞生：阿姨打掃衞生很乾凈，遇上都會打招呼，有任何需求直接説就行
環境：環境不錯，雖然房間不是特別大，但是浴室留的空還是足夠的，不會有轉不過身的情況，浴室廁所排風效果不錯，而且噪音不大
服務：進出門前台都會跟你打招呼，很熱情，有求必應
整體很滿意，位置也合適，去中街大東副食西塔都不太遠

工作關係，每年都會來幾次瀋陽，住在中街附近，之前都在和頤，預訂時沒房了，偶然預訂了這家。是 2023 年新開業的，所以還很新很乾凈。房間雖然不大，但五臟俱全。裝修的風格簡潔現代，色彩很柔和温馨。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也備有羽絨枕喝頸椎枕可供選擇。高級大床房的小卡座非常實用。衞生間也不小，水壓尚可。由於是節假日，晚上 8 點左右到店，房間還沒收好，前台小姐姐很熱情一直招呼我，表示不好意思，最後還送了早餐。餐廳也非常整潔，品類雖不多，但也基本能照顧到不同需求。總之，一次不錯的體驗，下次還會再來。。

我不是e人，早出晚歸衹求一個安靜整潔的住處即可，漢庭基本滿足了我的需求。但是看了別人的評價後發現，為什麼到我這裏就全是義務沒有權利呢，沒人主動詢問住宿偏好，沒人提出給我升房，相反第一時間讓辦會員卡和掃碼，天天續住核對訊息，每天求好評，我是出來散心的，不是來打卡簽到的，一次提醒就夠了，最後一天那女生直接和我説“你是某某女士嗎，給好評了嗎”我是欠你們的嗎，明天是不是就要報我的身份證號碼了？以後能不能直接無人自助辦理入住退房手續，那些無味的問好不要也罷，反正也不會被提供任何有效的服務，換個耳根清凈也好。
