Due to work, I come to Shenyang several times a year and live near Zhongjie. I used to stay at Heyi. When I made the reservation, there was no room available, so I booked this hotel by chance. It was newly opened in 2023, so it is still very new and clean. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped. The decoration style is simple and modern, and the colors are very soft and warm. The mattress is moderately soft and firm, and pillows are available with down pillows and cervical pillows. The small booth in the superior double room is very practical. The bathroom is not small and the water pressure is acceptable. Since it was a holiday, I arrived at the store around 8 pm and the room was not ready yet. The lady at the front desk greeted me warmly and kept saying sorry, and finally gave me breakfast. The restaurant is also very tidy. One of the worst hotel experience ever. The door kept making a clicking sound if I didn't kick it hard. There is a blower outside the window, whirring 24 hours a day. The lid of the toilet cannot be fully opened, and it gets stuck in the back when using the toilet. There was no hanging area or hangers for clothes. I went to customer service and asked me to hang my clothes directly in the bathroom. He is still full of disdain and will not live in Hanting again until he is killed.
