一般不寫評價 此次十分生氣 事情經過 於13:00在平台上訂鐘點房 商家此房型規定時間如圖十 店家規定開始時間為14:30 本人於14:00如圖一添加商家微信 商傢俬下索要按金100元。秉承互相信任 我轉賬了 退房於圖三 17:30準時離店且幫店家儘可能的收拾好了衞生。當日要求返還按金時 商家扣掉15元 我提出質疑 商家跟我講 我是14:00添加的她微信 所以入住時間按照添加她微信的時間14:00算 並且圖二明顯能顯示我是14:32到園區 並與他確認是否為此地點 所以商家是知情的 我14:32到店 並且平台允許入住時間也是14:30開始。且我是17:30準時離店 時長3h 商家存在知情且惡意剋扣按金的行為 我也與平台聯繫過了 平台也表示鐘點房的確是按照客人到點時間計算 並非平台下單時間 商家存在嚴重的惡意剋扣按金 行為 （按照商家的計時邏輯 如果我去年在平台上看到他家店並添加了他的微信，今天聯繫他下單 按照添加微信的時間開始算 我恐怕要交一年的租金）已反映給平台 請消費者入住時遇到此類情況 理清正確的邏輯 尋求平台幫助 維護自己的權利。最後剋扣的按金15元 商家在我的反駁中返還了 她也的的確確應該返還 這屬於無理由剋扣 15元不多 但是這個行為是侮辱人的智商 不能讓店家把消費者當**一樣耍
