Atour Hotels in Shenyang

It was a pleasant stay, the cleanliness was good, and all staff was friendly and responsive to customer's needs. Highly recommended!

The location was good, about 10 minutes walk from QingNianGongYuan metro station. All staff I met here were friendly and warm, and provided the service I asked for. The room was spacious and clean, with smart toilet bowl. The king-sized bed was super comfy. Breakfast was of good quality. Free, self-service laundry was of great convenience to travellers. They also provided free ice-cream and souvenirs.

The hotel is very convenient for traveling overall (Shenyang Station and Shenyang Station 😀). I stayed on the top floor last time, and this time I stayed on the second floor. The top floor is relatively quiet and close to the canteen. You can take the stairs directly downstairs from the second floor, which is close to the gym.

I had to visit the US Consulate so location was perfect. Great hotel. Breakfast was basic but good and roomy was spacious and very clean.

I took my child to the Fourth Hospital for a glasses check and chose this store, which is owned by Atour. It is located next to the Fourth Hospital, just outside the door, not far from Zhongjie and North Station, and is very convenient for travel. It was very cold these two days. When checking in, the front desk was very considerate and prepared hot tea and children's slippers for the children. The service was really heartwarming. I will choose this store again when I need to travel next time.

Finding the hotel was easy. It's along the main shopping belt Zhong Hua road. Further away from the railway station than I thought but it's at least a straight line. Or you can take a subway to Taiyuen station, exit A. The room is cosy. Comes with a desk and sofa. Missing a fridge though. I enjoyed my rest since it's quieter away from the shopping areas. Special note: their tea comes in a loose leaf package but they provide a cute tea pot to brew it in.

一，位置，鐵西廣場邊，地鐵，交通都很方便，就是在很老很老的居民樓中，我們方便對面就是居民樓窗户，有點近，窗簾基本沒拉開過。 二，設施，1，停車場是很小的院子，也就六七台車的容量，第一天我們入住停進院子裏，第二天晚上回來就衹有衚衕路邊了，但是前台小哥哥很好，幫忙確認位置，很負責。 2，進門處有小書吧和小shop，枕頭啊，香薰等可以選擇。 3，一樓有個小洗衣房和健身房，如圖，沒有使用，不予評論，看着很方便。 4，房間內充電口有兩種，如圖。電吹風是不是很好用。馬桶是智能馬桶。 5，洗面奶和護膚是屈臣氏的，電視是小米的。 6，我們住的家庭房，很乾凈，兩張床都很舒服。 三，服務，前台加微信，24小時回覆，很不錯的，退房時詢問枕頭，小哥哥還擔心我們趕機場，加微信，幫忙查詢枕頭類型和連結。 要是入住時可以有枕頭選擇就更好，當然，也許人家有，我們沒研究明白，但房間安排的枕頭很舒服，準備買一個回來用，第一次住這個品牌，整體感受不錯。

It was an absolute perfect experience. First of all, the room is very simple and looks very comfortable. The details and hygiene are also good. For example, the mineral water in the room is from Baisui Mountain. They pay great attention to details, and the bedding is very comfortable, including slippers, toothbrushes and other disposable items. After my last stay, I immediately bought two pillows of the same style. I personally think they are more comfortable than the ones that cost more than $1,000. Moreover, the location of this hotel can be said to be very good. Whether you are traveling for business or personal travel, or applying for a visa, it is very suitable. The surrounding area is simply a food city, and the business district is also very convenient. There are many shopping malls and restaurants of various grades, and the location is absolutely perfect💯. It's a hotel worth trying. The scenery from the high floors is also good. The front desk is on the 30th floor, which is more convenient. Although the floors are high, the elevators are generally not crowded and are very fast.

The hotel room is clean and good, the shower shower is very comfortable. There is a free parking lot in front of the door. The place is not too big. Thank you for giving three breakfasts, the breakfast tastes good, very delicious 👍

Super super awesome, the most trustworthy hotel. I forgot my ring and watch in the room when I was catching a flight in the morning. I remembered it only after the plane took off. After landing, I contacted the hotel and they had left it for me at the front desk. The two guys at the front desk added me on WeChat right away and said they would send it back to me by express👍👍👍👍 So warm! I will continue to choose Atour Hotel in the future.
