神農架天燕景區歇腳點，松柏鎮口，位置絕好 停車位充足，過街就是河景和步道，晨跑或飯後散步方便，房間空間很寬敞。能看出是典型的早期地方政府接待賓館。洗澡水很大，毛巾浴巾都有，不是一次性的那種，還有景色很好的陽台，或許年代有些久了，有些地方略顯陳舊，尤其地毯可以考慮跟換。但這優惠價格，也就不作苛求。

房間設施比較老舊，需要維修升級換代了，硬件差可以理解，畢竟價格在那擺着，但房間衞生着實不敢恭維，地上還有泡麪渣子。酒店周邊環境非常棒，晚上也很涼爽，不用空調。

第一次入住這個酒店，因為是出差沒有做深入瞭解，入住後都還好，就是衞生不太好，半夜有蟲子爬到床上，前台上來把蟲子帶走了，設施比較陳舊，可能是因為神農架濕氣大，牆體有開裂發黴。
建議認真做一下衞生，有蟲子實在讓人很難接受

地理位置不錯，山青樹秀，酒店前面就是一條小河，早上適合晨練，房間裝修有點老了，但是乾淨衞生。不錯的一次入住體驗！

十分好。酒店名字、地址（迎賓路1號）、依山建築都顯霸氣，正室的地位。走10分鐘到松柏客運站有大巴到神農架高鐵站。房間大，清潔，照明、床、浴室廁具、書桌都好，把機頂盒適當轉向便可安排全黑睡眠環境。參加户外活動去的，起終點就在旁邊。有餐廳，附近走幾分鐘也有食店。攜程各名目優惠下173塊錢一晚，這質素的住宿很滿意。

位置優越，在大路口的邊上；環境不錯，高高在上，四周空曠，感覺寬鬆；車子進出和停放十分方便舒適，也不存在車位緊張的問題。硬件很好，足夠四星級以上酒店的標準；服務優良，言語謙和文明，各種細節都很到位。不足之處，一是門口進出的道路坡度有點大，對於小馬力汽車是個嚴重的考驗；二是周圍飯店比較少（賓館本身不供應餐食），吃飯有點困難。可以到旁邊的國際大酒店去搭夥，不過價格有點高。

房間很老舊，設施也落後，不可思議的是，12月的天氣居然沒有空調，入住時也沒告知，因為付了2天的房費，所以硬着頭皮住了2晚，隨後果斷換酒店。
服務質量也僵硬，房間裏配了2瓶300ml純凈水，我希望他們能加送2瓶，還百般不情願，最後我説“你們連暖氣都沒有”才多給了2瓶。
為避免再有人踩坑特留此評論！

各方面服務都挺好，是到神農架入住第一家酒店，位置挺好，方便入住，也不會太累，早上出發到神農頂也衹要一個半小時，還好。

環境：位於核心位置，是當地最早的商務接待賓館，現在對面有了新的慢城賓館，檔次更高一些。
