這次親子出遊選擇了這家酒店，非常滿意，環境舒適，乾淨衞生，服務也很好，有任何疑問工作人員都會耐心解答，酒店還有洗衣房和健身房，還貼心地準備了薑茶，真的非常推薦大家選擇星程酒店！

環境乾淨，水和空調都熱的很快，在零度的天氣太舒適了，電視也可以投屏，還有温水坐便。白天定了一個民宿空調水都不熱，晚上受不了果斷換來了星程，大晚上入住的，完全超預期，下次來還會光顧。酒店還是比民宿靠譜多了。太晚忘拍照了，附兩張雪場的圖片吧。

體驗最差的一次住宿，晚上停電三次，洗澡的時候全屋沒電什麼也看不到非常危險，每次停電過後來電的時候全屋燈光全部自動照亮，半夜因為這個驚醒。早晨吃早餐炒飯炒菜全是涼的，製作的飲品會從機器裏面出來蟲子（杯子是乾淨的），從沒住過這樣的連鎖酒店，不推薦。

房間不僅乾淨整潔，而且十分舒適寬敞，是星程一貫的佈局。晚上很安靜，遊玩了一天能好好休息。更值得一提的是，酒店的位置極為便利，步行幾分鐘即可到達木魚汽車客運站。周邊餐館超市水果店葯店都有，很方便。但早餐體驗卻顯得不盡如人意，早餐環境較為糟糕，桌面都沒來得及收拾乾淨，提供的食品種類很少，且大多數食物都是冷的。

酒店都是智能設施配備，早餐品種豐富，食材用料很好。這趟神農架自駕之旅體驗最舒適的酒店，在木魚鎮住了兩個晚上。其他3晚住的都是不同地方的維也納酒店，但體驗感都沒有星程酒店好，以後有朋友去神農架旅遊肯定首先推薦大家入住這家。

酒店特別好，恆温馬桶太貼心了，離國際滑雪場換乘地點特別近，走路三分鐘就到了，滑雪完回來就開暖氣躺床上投屏看電視，特別舒服，好評。
