地理位置很好，在坪阡鎮正中心，去大九湖很方便，超市和葯店也很近，晚上過個馬路就能看鎮上的民俗表演。
房間乾淨整潔，不臨街所以晚上睡覺也很安靜。
老闆和老闆娘很熱情，推薦的好玩的、好吃的都很適合小朋友。

酒店乾淨，房間被子和枕頭都很柔軟，也很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，服務周到，我們要去大九湖着晨霧，老闆很早就送我們到集散中心，我們離店要去恩施，邦我們聯繫客車司機，太熱心了，明年夏天避暑還來此店。

老闆和老闆娘人很好，我們一到就問了我們行程給出了合理的建議，還説可以送我們到大九湖客運站，去大九湖的那天上午還不錯，中午開始變天下雨，湖上起了大霧，我們回到酒店拿行李褲子都濕了，老闆娘讓我們到烤爐邊烤了會火，暖和很多，還開車送我們去客運站，幫了大忙。房間很大，也非常整潔，離客運站步行大概10分鐘，也算很近。

衞生：大廳寬敞明亮，房間乾淨整潔，床上用品鬆軟潔凈
環境：窗簾厚實，窗户密封好，晚上睡覺安靜。離正街就幾分鐘路程，購物逛街很方便
服務：老闆服務熱情態度很好，早上還親自送我們去大九湖換乘點乘車
設施：旅店必備品齊全還乾淨，熱水器、電吹風、電視、空調、WiFi都很好用。
我真心希望大家有機會親自來體驗下。
