The breakfast is rich and clean, and there are many desserts suitable for babies. The hotel is quiet and clean. The parking lot is big. I also gave gifts 🎁 special products when I left.

住了3天，第一天衹有冷水，第二天水温正常，第三天温水，沒法洗澡，聯繫酒店前台，説解決不了，衹能這樣子，也沒有補償措施，讓我們直接到攜程投訴，這態度，純純擺爛行為，早上自助餐也是旅遊團那種，炒飯、炒麪、包子，花捲之類，選擇很少，最噁心的是進門每人領取一個雞蛋，摳搜的，我大老遠跑你這訛蛋來了！！綜上所述，散客不推薦入住。

來這裏滑雪四天下榻這酒店三個晚上、硬件方面房間比較寬敞景色開陽，重點是軟件方面、第一天來到前已經開定了暖氣、又準備好水果、特別細心的地方是有潤膚膏及護髮素、天氣乾燥的地方特別合用、在大堂等車到滑雪場還可以有很多書本可以閱讀、櫃檯的賈小姐很貼心幫忙。唯一地點離大街遠了些、如喜歡走路的我都不是大問題、我想特別適合自駕遊的人士光顧。

停車方便，前台小姐姐的接待服務好，不然真的是全差評……一直跟我們説抱歉，可是實話實話除了小姐姐的服務，其他等等非常一般
衞生：我們是下午2點半左右到酒店，到了之後被告知房間衞生還沒搞，根本沒有這個提前入住權益，而且衞生搞得很一般，我們是定了2間房連住2天的，結果第二天一間房搞了衞生，另外一間連衞生都沒有搞，被告知，忘了😣（圖片是第二天晚6點回來沒有搞衞生的真實照片）然後前台給我們拿了新的毛巾和水到房，結束退房的時候當時真想投訴讓退一天的費用，因為連基礎的衞生都沒有給我搞，很糟糕的衞生服務。老公勸我還要去其他地方免得浪費自己時間就沒去爭論了，唉😔
本來要送的水果，被告知水果前天送完啦，水果商沒上班，大無語……
環境：離木魚鎮上步行不太方便，十多分鐘步行路程，要上下爬坡，累，原以為住的離鎮遠，會安靜，結果隔音也太差了，對面住了一家小孩子的，關門蹦的聲音，吵鬧的聲音……
設施：空調製熱不行，一直開30度了，晚上都要冷到蓋2床被子才行
