They are very enthusiastic but not too intrusive. Nice! For me, who has relatively high requirements for bedding, the mattress is just right in hardness, and the pillows are soft and slow-rebound and harder. The room is next to a hill, with a small balcony. The entire floor-to-ceiling windows are full of green, which is visually very cool. 淡季，當晚只有我們兩位客人。民宿按照導航走找不到，要打電話聯繫。吃了晚飯再過去入住，前台一當地大媽給了房卡我們，告訴我們景區第一班交通車是六點半，就找不到人了。民宿有電梯，房間很大，設施很智能。但最大問題是空調不熱，開了一晚房間最高14度，還好被子夠厚。要看大九湖晨曦，六點退房走了。大九湖晨曦還是很美的。

這是這次到神龍架體驗感最差的一家民宿了，不知道好評打分都怎麼來的。花了420定了一個單間，訂了價值60的早餐，説好的花樣多的自助早餐呢，就是個大爺在廚房下了點掛麪加了點雞蛋番茄，還鹽多了……自己端到房間，店家後腳趕着敲門別把床搞臟了🐹😰虛假宣傳。早上趕着去大九湖，大爺就趕在後麪説你們退房……

老闆是挺好人的，但是服務質量可以再提高。被子已經再備一套，以防不備之需。一家酒店不可能有多少張床就有多少張被子。應該多預備一至兩套作為不備之需。 設施：房間裏的電力系統睡眠模式後，電插頭不通電，晚上不能充電。洗澡的水不熱的，小孩是洗冷水的。 衞生：乾淨還是挺乾淨，但是沖涼房半夜下水道的臭味反排出來，很*。 環境：環境還好，有一個小院子，可以聊天乘涼。 服務：老闆人還是不錯的，但是整體服務水平，預見問題的解決能力，還是要提高，不然對不起這個連鎖民宿的牌子。
