Monkey

I specially chose this hotel to take my children out for fun. The supporting facilities are very new and the rooms are clean and tidy. The monkey theme can be seen everywhere in the hotel. The children especially like it🥰. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and prepared exquisite food for us. Fruits and breakfast are also rich and varied. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is just above Muyu Town. There is its own parking lot in front of the hotel. Next to it is the Muyu Tourist Distribution Center and restaurant. It is only 300 meters away from the entrance of Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area, which is very convenient.

Very poor, the price does not match the quality at all. Even the most basic hygiene requirements are not met. There is yellow and disgusting residue on the toilet seat. It's not that there are no rooms in Shennongjia during the peak season. I really want to return it immediately. After the feedback, two people came up to help you clean it up, but no one gave the proper feedback on this matter.

來神農架之前挑了很久的酒店，果然沒失望！酒店非常乾淨，山裡麪很安靜，床睡着很舒服，前台很熱情，淡季客人不多酒店會根據我的起床時間安排早餐，非常人性化，麪條味道好評！

最近帶着家人去了神農架玩，晚上選了一家親子酒店入住，萌卡酒店。小朋友特別喜歡這裏的風格，我們帶小孩所以免費升級了親子房。房間4個床，非常適合四口之家。 首先客服人員熱情好客，態度很好！ 酒店設施比較齊全，有自助洗衣房，很不錯。 酒店的每一個角落都充滿了温馨的氣息，佈置讓客人感覺很温暖的感覺。 這裏停車免費，酒店地理位置也很方便去滑雪和去附近的景點。 建議改進的地方：電吹風很大聲音，要更換一下。 推薦指數：10顆星

看酒店位置離官門山神農壇都不遠，自駕門口可停車。我們元旦定了兩間兩晚，住得非常好。樹屋不大，但是七八歲小朋友愛慘了。就是上層晚上睡覺會很熱，小朋友可以蓋浴巾就好。很棒的是在山區淋浴熱水竟然還特別好，娃滑完雪回來美美的洗個澡太舒服了。工作人員都很nice，我們帶着兩個小孩滑雪回來，怕我們不好回酒店，小毛主管開車去接了我們。因為修路還等了好久，不過一路聊天也很開心。娃們走的時候也依依不捨，如果夏天來神農架還會入住。

酒店真心不錯，第一次來神農架，之前考慮到過來旅遊可能會臨時行程有變之類的問題所以衹預訂了一晚，但是沒想到是一次很棒的酒店體驗啦!前台工作人員辦理入住退房非常專業，提供的服務也非常到位、迅速。而且酒店床品舒適，整個環境、設施都很有細節，早餐也很舒心！非常期待下次的入住。
