設施：智能齊全又很新極簡風很喜歡
衞生：非常乾淨，用品提供的都是一次性的
環境：城市中的古色古香，出門就有小超市，買什麼都方便。距離大九湖景區也很近。
服務：老闆人非常好，朋友生理期借用他家鍋做了一個紅糖薑茶燒雞蛋

住過不少民宿，這家真得不錯。
首先設施很新，打掃得很乾凈…
全屋智能家電，床品非常舒適…
逛了一圈大九湖/坪阡鎮上，這家也是不多的中央空調，據老闆説熱水也是中央供水的…
老闆也很友好，我們沒怎麼做神農架攻略，主打隨性旅遊，景區/交通問題老闆都幫忙解答和聯繫，房間有什麼問題也很快解決了（衞生間聲控燈過於敏感 晚上會一點聲音就亮燈 第二天和老闆提了一嘴 就調整好了）

就在大九湖坪阡古鎮上，交通很便利，一到坪阡鎮就能看到，停車也很方便，去大九湖也很快。旁邊都是各種好吃的！定的房間有陽台，很適合坐着發呆，對面就是山，很舒服。酒店還有電梯，房間佈局也很好，下次可以來躺平！

酒店職員服務很好， 也可問他們旅遊的建議， 不怕被坑。 職員都很有人情味， 不覺得住在酒店， 像住在親友家中似的， 雖然有點小問題， 但看出他們很有心經營酒店， 問題很快算是解決了，因為不可抗力的原因， 還連忙說對不起。 我們也理解和接受了。 還好影嚮不大。 這店可以再來。 環境清潔， 地點方便，是個旺中帶靜的小山丘上， 步行出大行就2 分鐘路。房內都是智能化的裝置， 吹風機還是願意用夠高成本的， 看出老闆對經營的熱誠和服務初心。

一定要誇！用直飲機而不是燒水壺真的太人性了！！毛巾是一次性的，而且質量還挺好，不用擔心不乾淨！紙杯也是一個一包裝！吹風機也很給力！
大大的贊！這才是貼切消費者的服務！
唯一的尷尬是停車位不多，且幾個民宿共用，旺季回晚了就沒位置了
