入住神農架國際慢城酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！環境透着雅緻，大堂的佈置讓人一眼就覺得舒服，客房裡光線剛好，裝飾簡約又不失格調，讓人卸下旅途的疲憊。設施很給力，空調製熱快，熱水秒出，床品柔軟親膚，住得格外踏實。衞生更是沒話説，桌面、地板一塵不染，衞生間乾淨無異味，連洗漱台的邊角都擦得鋥亮，細節處見用心。服務也超讚，前台辦理迅速，態度熱情，有需求時響應很快，還會主動提供實用的建議，像家人一樣貼心。這樣的酒店，下次來神農架還選它！

我一般很少寫評價的，但是這個酒店性價比非常的高，75寸帶usb的大彩電，然後各項設施都是比較新的。周圍有吃的地方雖然不多，但已經足夠了。有免費的停車場，很寬敞，很好停車。唯一遺憾的就是這個酒店離神農架的景點有點遠，如果是旺季，必須要起得很早，不然會堵死，如果是淡季，那這個性價比就很完美了

在松柏鎮旅遊感覺非常好，所以又續訂了一晚慢城國際大酒店，真實感受酒店周圍的環境很好，離神農架賓館及自然博物館都非常近，酒店附近有一個廣場可以納涼休閑，另補充幾張酒店大堂的圖片。如果大家來松柏鎮推薦慢城國際酒店，好評。

松柏鎮最新最豪華的酒店，裝修、硬件都很新，房間很寬敞，地上地下停車都很方便，前台、客房服務也比去年有提升。幾個有待提升的方面：1、度假酒店遺憾沒有游泳池和健身房；2、應該設有專門的吸煙區和非吸煙客房樓層加以區分，大廳、樓道里經常看到有人抽煙卻沒有工作人員制止規勸。3、商務、行政房間裏沒有小冰箱。4、房間沒有咖啡包和茶具。5、自助餐廳餐廳菜品相對較少，對於度假酒店來説關門太早了。

房間大，設施比較新，有陽台可以觀對面山景。唯一差的就是配套中餐廳，想着方便去點菜吃，不僅菜品少價格高，點菜後坐了半個小時除了上了幾套碗筷什麼都沒出品，連個人都看不到。小餐館還知道上壺茶或者一盤瓜子留個客。大堂看住店旅客來的車輛，可能松柏公務接待單位，也許不在乎普通幾個遊客。作為二十多年前就在涉外酒店從業的人來看，改進空間還很大。希望下次再來能有所進步吧。

7/19入住了一晚，當晚一共換了三個房間，第一個進去發現洗手盆裏有一盆臟水，到前台溝通後換了第二間房，由於對他們的衞生不放心檢查了第二間房間的衞生，發現浴袍根本沒有洗，打開後先是看到了一根長頭髮，然後在浴袍的裙襬部位看到一坨黃色的東西，這坨東西上還有一衹小蟲子在爬。再去前台投訴要求退掉訂單時客房經理帶着我們再開了一間房才住下來。酒店的衞生和管理可以看出來是有很大問題的，期望你們改進

酒店的設施比較完善，有地面、地下停車場，房間的設計比較好，床上用品的舒適，酒周邊的餐飲不多，酒店在神農架應該是檔次最高的了，但前台的服務不夠專業，態度冷漠。，雖然其他點評普遍反映這個問題，但酒店一直沒有改善這個問題，值得反思！

必須打個滿分💯服務真的超級好，熱情又細心。這家完全打破了我的顧慮！房價不到300元/晚，但體驗堪比四星級～房間面積比同價位酒店大很多，床軟硬適中，空調製冷效果好（夏天入住超舒服），還有露天陽台。慢城，來松柏鎮一定會在選擇的一家店。
