7/19入住了一晚，當晚一共換了三個房間，第一個進去發現洗手盆裏有一盆臟水，到前台溝通後換了第二間房，由於對他們的衞生不放心檢查了第二間房間的衞生，發現浴袍根本沒有洗，打開後先是看到了一根長頭髮，然後在浴袍的裙襬部位看到一坨黃色的東西，這坨東西上還有一衹小蟲子在爬。再去前台投訴要求退掉訂單時客房經理帶着我們再開了一間房才住下來。酒店的衞生和管理可以看出來是有很大問題的，期望你們改進

酒店的設施比較完善，有地面、地下停車場，房間的設計比較好，床上用品的舒適，酒周邊的餐飲不多，酒店在神農架應該是檔次最高的了，但前台的服務不夠專業，態度冷漠。，雖然其他點評普遍反映這個問題，但酒店一直沒有改善這個問題，值得反思！

必須打個滿分💯服務真的超級好，熱情又細心。這家完全打破了我的顧慮！房價不到300元/晚，但體驗堪比四星級～房間面積比同價位酒店大很多，床軟硬適中，空調製冷效果好（夏天入住超舒服），還有露天陽台。慢城，來松柏鎮一定會在選擇的一家店。

我是攜程鑽石卡貴賓，從來沒給過別人差評。這家酒店讓我忍無可忍，從昨天入住開始前台服務特別差、極度不耐煩，説話態度生硬的很，問什麼都是不知道。到了房間發現窗簾上趴個大蟲，這也不説了，我想着也不至於讓我去投訴。因為我們是四人出行定了兩間房，兩晚。第二天晚上想去洗衣房洗點褲襪，前台電話照死不接。我打了有八九個，後來我用我手機打就接了。回覆是沒有聽到…我想説老闆也真是可憐，大多都是被自己底下人乾死的。根本沒有一點服務意識
