酒店的設施非常令人滿意,給人一種舒適的感覺。每次去都住在這裏，感覺跟在家一樣，很開心。客房經理很熱心，辦理入職非常迅速，退房也便捷。超級推薦他的早餐，西式中式神木式都有！

環境：房間設施有點舊了。但總的來説還行。
設施：那個馬桶是真的無語，沖水聲音巨大，智能馬桶剛坐下的時候有沖水，那個沖水會濺起來，對女性朋友很不友好。花灑也是壞的，壞的。
衞生：一般，中規中矩。
服務：不知道是哪個前台，態度很差，早上要從停車場出去，結果桿沒電了，給前台打電話，前台説保安在樓上讓他馬上來，比較着急，多説了幾遍現在很急，我也沒有態度和語氣很不好，前台態度就很不耐煩，不知道是不是早上7點擾了她清夢的原因。既然幹不了服務行業還是別乾的好。你這樣的人適合當家庭主婦不適合出來拋頭露面。老闆大概都沒你硬氣吧。
住過很多次，前台接待的態度肉眼可見的變差，你們招人都是隨便招的嗎？包括經理的處理方式也是😓什麼人都能當經理？

這家酒店算是我們此次行程住宿中最有亮點的酒店了，如果不是服務中的幾個細節讓人感到不好，肯定是全五星好評！
硬件環境:酒店很有設計感，從設計到硬裝，業主肯定是花了不少心思的！酒店的區位很好，旁邊同檔次酒店也挺多，做出自己特色很重要！
客房配置:對於入住酒店，每次開門那刻起就喜歡先查看一遍，這家酒店的布草、洗護液體、床頭電話、熱水壺等用品很加分的！兩百多的房價帶早餐，房間配置還很高級，令人滿意！
酒店服務:有了好的硬件配置，服務就是關鍵了。入住過程中有兩個小插曲:一.準備刷牙時，發現洗漱盒裡只有刮鬍刀個護理包！打電話給前台，開始還不信，多次強調後給安排送來了。二.洗漱盆的水不下漏，還有煙頭煙絲從排水孔裏浮上來，打了多次電話才接通，派了個女服務員上來處理，拿起我用過的牙刷就是捅，下水孔裏竟然撬出三個瓶蓋，其他雜物被捅下去了，疏通好了，那服務員接了個呼叫轉身就走，下水孔蓋子沒蓋，三個瓶蓋和牙刷也沒收拾，這波操作看的人就很不舒服。 早餐不錯，建議酒店用密胺的餐具不要印酒店logo。
之所以對這這些細節在意，是對這個酒店期待挺高，希望以後做的更好！業主花心思投入大量成本把硬件打造好了，如果運維人員的管理服務意識不到位，評價經濟時代很容易就競品打敗！

酒店位置很好，在市中心，旁邊有個廣場，晚上很熱鬧。樓下吃飯採購都很方便。屋裡有個投影儀，可以給孩子投屏動畫片看，比直接看手機，電視強。

淋浴噴頭是壞的，希望儘快維修一下，晚上臨睡要洗澡了才發現，太晚了，算了，也不去打擾前台了。另外，説好的送水果，以為是攜程給送的（消耗積分了嘛），到了才發現是櫃枱上放了一些橘子，任何人都可以拿去吃，哈哈哈。
