酒店真的很棒，把車停在酒店的停車場後從快捷通道進了酒店，一進大廳就聞到了很好聞的香氛味，負責接待的前台也很熱情，還有服務員幫忙拿着行李到房間去，房間也是乾淨整潔，上樓的時候還碰到工作人員在認認真真的檢察房間衞生，住的很放心，在神木這個地方有這樣的服務真的很到位了，還是華住會旗下的品牌，真的很不錯。

十二點退房 十一點三十左右 當時還在睡夢中 突然房間外很大聲音 保潔説這房間裏有東西 然後直接刷房卡進來 沒有敲門 過了十分鐘 又把門刷開了還是沒有敲門 這時候是十一點四十五 一進來就大聲的説十二點退房讓我趕緊起 我請問呢 我是一個女孩子在外面 萬一是個保潔大叔 沒有一點安全可言 也沒有感覺被尊重 反正不會再住第二次👋
