神木市賓館不少，但很少有品牌賓館，選擇神木賓館是離二郎山近。賓館外觀氣派，停車方便，房間也大，但老賓館的通病，沒辦法。早餐實在一般

外觀還不錯，內部真不怎麼樣，也算是神木市比較貴的酒店了，屋裡麪全是煙味，衞生間淋浴的冷熱水方向是反的，真是無語了，感覺比較差，就是離市中心比較近，可以去看二郎山的夜景

酒店離二郎山景點非常近，在房間能看到景區。酒店有很大的停車場，設施一般般，但房間衞生和環境都很好，前台服務員態度很好

房間不錯；我事先預訂時就提出，希望在房間裏就能看到二郎山，果然滿意！這裏距二郎山很近，早晨散步一會兒就走到了。服務員服務很好，唯一一點遺憾是硬件設施略顯老化，還有細節比如網絡密碼，如果打印個不大的字條，就貼在進屋插卡處，豈不一目瞭然！顧客打電話詢問，反而增大服務員工作量且耽誤時間。細微處再加彌補，依舊是家很好的酒店！

老賓館的配置，地理位置好，離二郎山和九龍山兩座山近，步行可達。賓館顯高端大氣，停車場大，設施全但有點陳舊，床品舒適乾淨，櫃裏備有備用被子和枕頭，有小冰箱和小密碼箱，沒有去用，不知是否能正常使用，連訂兩天，覺得舒服又續訂了一天，衹是不知給的一次性用品中是否給錯了？我們自帶一次性馬桶墊，墊上後才看到洗手枱也有一卷貌似馬桶墊，沒有拆開看就收起來了，住了三天，放了3卷，我們都收了，直到去住下一個酒店的時候，拿出來用才發現是一次性紙褲，3卷都拆了，全是紙褲，有的想不明白了。

以前體驗還是很好的，現在設施有些老舊了，可能受淡季出行影響早餐好像也沒前幾年那麼豐富了。
衞生：不太行…我在一樓大堂衞生間洗手時看到有保潔阿姨如廁出來沒洗手就直接出去了，你説這衞生放心嗎…
設施：衞生間設計不行，淋浴間洗完整個衞生間地面都是水而且幹得很慢，真的糟心。
