這次入住如家酒店·neo（神木店塔人民大廈店）體驗超棒！位置很好找，跟着導航很快就到。辦理入住手續超迅速，前台工作人員態度熱情又專業，還耐心解答了我的各種問題。
房間乾淨整潔，高級雙床房的兩張床尺寸夠大，睡得超舒服。65寸電視能投屏，晚上回酒店投屏看劇超爽。徠芬電吹風也很好用，風力合適不傷頭髮。
整體環境安靜，能讓人安心休息。退房也很便捷，以後來神木，還會選擇住這裏！強烈推薦給大家~

最近入住了這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到超貼心的服務，前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住超快。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨又有格調，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很高。早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，味道絕絕子！位置也很方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，出行打車、坐地鐵都很近。性價比超高，強烈推薦給大家，下次還會選擇這裏！

設施：還可以，期待智能馬桶置換現有的普通馬桶🚽
衞生：有提升空間，室外馬路揚塵比較大，更需要房間內部加大清掃力度。
環境：外部環境不理想，馬路嘈雜。

1、房間裏所有按鍵不管用，燈也關不上，拔卡也沒用，服務員自己也來看了
2、調換房間，房卡刷不開房門
3、樓下有燒烤，有噪音
4、前台小姑娘服務可以
5、房間桌子上有沒擦過的油漬，地板上有污漬
晚上12點到的，想盡快安排房間住宿，第二天要早起。調換了房間刷不開房門，我又提着鞋揹着包，從走廊最裡麪出來乘電梯到一樓刷卡。折騰完以後，1點多了。還有其他包括電梯自己開了機器人要上來，還得等它等等槽點
設施不行，翻新的，配套和房內設計感覺不像真的連鎖
