房間乾淨，床超級舒服，非常容易賴床，哈哈。房間的投屏太大了，觀影感很好，就是容易暈，哈哈。值得一提的，一樓有意式咖啡機免費提供住客，這實在是有點太貼心了。
衞生間確實小了點，但洗澡很舒服！

設施：唯二缺點–1.衞生間偏小，沒有架子放其它物品，沒有護髮素。2.浴室熱水如果多人使用時，就會不熱。洗衣房有洗衣機和烘衣機功能，前台還能給洗衣液。一樓有咖啡機可以喝，隨時喊前台就能幫忙服務。床正上方的投屏器太亮了，無法用遙控器關掉，最後衹能把後面的電源線拔了。
衞生：客房部需要再加油，無論是清潔或者客房是否續住或者退房的掌握度都有上升空間，但是跟前台反應後能夠立馬清潔。
環境：整體環境都非常好。loft孩子特別喜歡，能有獨立空間。6樓還有桌球室，3樓有健身房（和洗衣房一起）可以變等衣服洗好邊健身。
服務：入住3天，可以明顯地看到前台小妹妹的進步，最後一天退房時前台的應對明顯不一樣了。
整體感覺非常好，樓下就是公交站，離古城、二郎山和九龍山都特別近，對面就有個小遊樂場還有摩天輪。有機會會再來住。

多次入住各種名稱的維也納酒店，3好是第一次，酒店衞生狀況較好，停車也方便，建議停車場門口設指示牌，不然容易錯過。早餐內容過於簡單，與價格不相匹配，希望有所改進。

前台服務很熱情，房間也很乾凈，外賣可以機器人送到房間很方便，早餐也可以。先訂了一晚後續又連住了好幾天，價格合理實惠，感覺是以後來神木的首選酒店了～

跟朋友住了好多次了，環境很好，舒適乾淨，工作人員熱情，三樓有洗衣房，健身房，沒想到六樓還有桌球室，跟我朋友住的複試房間，空間挺大，值得推薦。

衞生間很大，設施比較新，安靜，周邊小商店大多是賣衣服的，超市和吃飯的不多，早餐都是9點開門，不太方便。房間衣架設定很獨特。小智管家開燈開關窗簾。

停車場滿了就因有應急措施，不能擋住別人車，就是擋住了也該留有車主電話或者讓車主把鑰匙放前台，不能找了半天，足足讓我來回找前台，車場保安，打擋車車主電話，前台還不知道那個房間的，最後值班經理來了來回找了又半小時才找到車主。太缺乏工作流程，制度，應急措施啦。
