The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Including the hotel, it was very luxurious, the location was excellent, the parking was convenient, the years were long, the facilities were a bit unable to keep up, the air conditioning was not good, others were still possible, the price was still very advantageous, Shengzhou food was absolutely perfect

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

The service was enthusiastic, and the things I left at the front desk were delivered directly to the guest room. I came back with Tremella soup after dinner at night, but I couldn’t eat it anymore, haha. I asked for black tea and coffee for dinner in the morning. I stayed several times and I will come next week. 🚗 Transportation: convenient to take a taxi 🧹Sanitation: clean and tidy 🍃Environment: Lean back, open the window and a green 🔔Service: The enthusiasm is a little unstoppable

A hotel I especially like. Ctrip's group purchase is particularly cost-effective. Two nights stay with breakfast and a good dinner. You can also wear a costume for 2 people to take pictures. The front desk Xiaowang service is particularly good. If there are not many guests on weekends, I will help upgrade the courtyard room. The room facilities are very good. The private car could not be driven in, but there was a shuttle bus. The hotel was not far from the city center. It was absolutely convenient to drive. It seemed that there was a bus to the town.
