Hotel is ok, old hotel kind of decadant. Price is good but rooms are too dark and it seems their heating system is not working ( or not available)

It is recommended that the platform conduct an on-site inspection before setting a grade, otherwise it will be too misleading to consumers. Service: The service attitude at the front desk is very poor and indifferent;
Facilities: The air conditioning is very poor and does not cool. It is about 25 degrees outside but 30+ inside. I didn’t sleep well all night;
