反映幾個問題：酒店硬件很新但軟件絕對跟不上！
在訂房時標註房間尺寸為35-40平米，但實際房間窗户是半面牆的，另半邊有一個柱子擠佔了房間的空間。所以窗户是半扇。
非常懷疑房間有沒有40平米，這間房間給我的視覺感受絕對是不足40的！就30還差不多
再者，自助早餐。見圖1，那兩個接飲料的玻璃罐，7點半開始牛奶就空了，一直到最後都沒有再添加或補餐。
整體服務也很一般，快捷酒店的服務，達不到真正四星級的標準。

房間清爽明亮，兩衹枕頭供選用，確實很舒服。設施很簡潔，敞開式掛衣櫃，衣架衹有4隻，但可以要求酒店多送兩個衣架上來。機器人負責送外賣到房間門口，很有禮貌、很可愛。自助早餐品種不是很豐富，但該有的都有，中式粥品、嵊州米線和小籠包，牛奶、豆漿、膨化穀物片、烤吐司，居然還有現磨咖啡，很贊！前台小張美女業務熟練，熱情接待，贊👍🏻

房間是新的，比較大，衞生也是好的。但是空調太差了，基本不製冷，太熱了，現在高温天白天基本沒法待，晚上要把床拉到風口處才能睡覺，否則一身汗。電梯裏和走廊裏，還有餐廳裏都是沒有空調的，服務態度也一般般，還埋怨我們訂單改了兩次，他們搞不清楚。還好改了衹住一天，否則要中暑了。

房間很大，樓層高視野很好。新裝修的酒店，各種硬件設施都不錯，唯一就是空調製冷效果不是很足。床和零壓枕頭睡得很舒服。停車酒店有免費停車場很方便。早餐種類較少，菜品還可以。整體性價比很高
