房間裏一股煙味，麻煩下回打掃後一定要給房間通風，畢竟不是人人自覺都會正視屋內禁止吸煙的標識，也説明貴旅館沒有安裝煙霧警報系統，然而給不了好評的最主要的原因是前台管理有問題，對於深夜到訪的男男女女就給邊上點的房間吧，一晚上嘻哈吵鬧也衹能是電話通知他們小聲一點，其餘什麼都做不了，本以為離公安局一千米內不會碰到這種事情，真的沒想到，我們衹能連夜換房，然後再吸一次二手煙，因為凌晨太晚爸媽很累，就開窗睡了一晚，感覺都沒有睡好

住了近10年酒店，第一次碰到衞生差的要死還他媽怪罪到顧客身上，中午放了個行李就走了，晚上9點多剛回來一小時左右準備去洗澡，發現浴室幾十衹蟲子趴在浴室玻璃上還有門上，被這麼多蟲子圍着誰還敢洗澡？直接噁心到死，打電話到前台反饋，第一句反過來質問我是不是窗户開着，我説我剛入住一進來窗户就是關着，剛入住難不成我給你放的蟲子？停車場都有出入記錄自己去查，還叫我自己拿房卡下去換房間，我説你們的問題還他媽要我下去？叫了一個阿姨上來，那個阿姨進來看了5分鐘浴室直接説你是不是撬地漏導致的蟲子？前一個誣陷還能扯，這個誣陷有腦子？剛入住的浴室還沒進先給你撬地漏？****能説出這種話？還跟我大聲爭吵了半小時就是推卸責任，而且床單被套全是污漬和噁心的水漬，毛巾也黃了很多塊，換了一個毛巾還是破的，最後那個前台還拽的要死説那你想怎樣，給你換房？我説不換你來跟一堆蟲子住？退房幾小時沒人按金也不退，還要等人催，什麼垃圾噁心酒店，***晦氣
