房間比較一般。桌子不大，放不下筆記本電腦。沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有兩雙塑料拖鞋。房間沒有WiFi（至少我的沒有）。浴室裏沒有大毛巾，衹有兩條小毛巾。浴室花灑固定不牢，總是會被水流沖的往一邊偏。房間沒有每日打掃。
有趣的是房間裏有一衹貓玩偶（是《甜甜起司貓》裏的小奇），以及樓梯牆壁上貼的都是小奇的貼紙。
民宿位置在村裡的小巷裡，離基湖金沙廣場有一點距離（走路5-10分鐘）。這算是有利有弊，好處是離金沙廣場噪音源相對較遠（但還是能聽到）。
總之，考慮到其價格，我覺得這個條件是可以接受的。

入住第二天，民宿的男老闆在沒打招呼的情況下用民宿的總房卡開我們的房間門，我和朋友在休息被突然闖進來的男士嚇了一跳，事後我去找老闆問，説是去關其他房門導致誤開我們的房門了，但是對於這個解釋我持懷疑態度，難道店家自己都不登記哪間房有人入住哪間房是空的嗎？需要拿總房卡一個房間一個房間的去試看看有沒有人住嗎？對於女孩子而言，真的不安全，小島之行的體驗感極差；島上的海鮮也不是很新鮮，物價貴，總而言之性價比不高。
