The location is very good, very close to Jihu Beach, a few minutes walk. Clean and sanitary! Came on April 30, not many people. The transportation is very convenient, five minutes away from the bus station. It takes five to ten minutes to get to Xiaocaiyuan Pier by bus.

The room is generally good. The most important thing is that there is a big bathtub that children like. The only problem is that there are no light strips in the room. There are only spotlights, especially in the bathroom. It is a bit dark at night. The children's playground is also very fun to play in. It is just a bit smelly. It is not bad.

The room is large, well-equipped, the service is thoughtful, the bed is clean and tidy, it is very close to the beach, there are trails around, there is a large balcony with chairs and tables, it is very beautiful, and it is convenient to see the sea view

The customer service took the initiative to contact me and told me the route back to the shore. The service was very considerate and patient. It was my first time to go to the island for business inspection. It was a great experience.

We stayed with our pets during the 51 holiday. The room we originally booked was not available. A lovely girl at the front desk of the hotel helped us upgrade to the villa area at the back for free. When we checked in, she said that the water heater in this room would make noises from time to time, and suggested that we turn it off after using the water heater (air-energy water heater). As a result, we forgot to turn it off. The first half of the night was very quiet. At three o'clock in the morning, the water heater began to howl, waking up many guests. We manually closed the water inlet valve and the water heater stopped howling. The next day, the hotel also contacted the manufacturer's master to come and repair it in time, and the deep cleaning fee for pets was waived at checkout. Thanks to the enthusiastic front desk girl and the very nice manager. In short, it is a very good hotel with complete hardware facilities, a children's playroom, a gym where you can play table tennis, and a small library with a strong atmosphere. It is also close to Jihu Beach and can be walked to. The hotel's restaurant is also good. The only regret is that it was the fishing season when I went there, so I didn't eat too much seafood.

The hotel is very comfortable and the environment is also high-end. The most important thing is that my daughter's favorite toy was lost and found. The hotel manager helped to find it.
