【衞生】綜合4星，整體衞生還可以，但是牀頭櫃、桌子等還是有浮灰，最好還是自己擦一下；
【環境】綜合4星，外部環境5星，整個酒店的別墅羣還是很好看的，拍照很出片。別墅與別墅間間距較大，喜歡安靜的朋友可以考慮；內部環境3星，木質結構老化，整個內飾比較舊，五金件銹跡斑斑；
【服務】綜合4星，整體服務還可以，早上擔心叫不到車，是打電話給前台要的約車聯繫方式；
【設施】綜合3星，確實是設施老化了，且衞生間洗手池和水龍頭很不合理，水龍頭很短，水幾乎貼着洗手池邊出，而洗手池邊又特別高，洗手接水都不方便。
以及，最重要的是熱水器，需要提前20分鐘預熱，雖然這點前台會説明，房間也有提示，但是用起來確實不方便；
【交通】綜合4星，從李柱山碼頭到酒店打車15~20分鐘，50r；從酒店到小菜園碼頭打車10~15分鐘，30r；從酒店到附近海鮮大排檔一條街步行約10分鐘，整體比較方便；
【沙灘】雖然酒店靠着沙灘，但是沙灘入口比較遠，衹可遠觀不可上灘，如果要去沙灘得到入口處買票，60r一個人，可以玩兩天。

一幢一幢的小木屋環境很好，門口就是基湖沙灘，去沙灘玩非常便利，去海鮮排擋一條街吃飯也挺方便，房間乾淨整潔，酒店綠化很好，暑期再來，希望不要漲價太多。

環境：除了老破舊，房間嚴重異味，窗户非常難開，紗窗也是壞的，沒有可以讓我誇張的東西
衞生：蚊蟲多，蚊子，蒼蠅，蜘蛛，差不多能叫上名的都會與你同在，下水道還返味
設施：門鎖是鑰匙的居然比保險箱還難開，找準位置才能打開，不然衹會轉圈，沒有洗澡的拖鞋，浴巾也沒有，想找客服，對不起座機也沒有
真的是非誠勿擾

第一次住這麼差的酒店，體驗感非常的不好，黴味很重，門都是壞的。早上睡醒才知道門都是開的。幸好淡季沒丟失物品。最氣人的是入住時候前台告知沙灘免費進，結果到沙灘還是買門票進去的，去酒店問前台，前台不承認説送門票這個事情
