服務還可以，晚餐味道也不錯，唯一不好的就是我們去的時候，入住率低，原本有的早飯太差了，還不如自己出去買的早飯，這點希望以後可以改進，不能因為客人少，品質劉打折扣。圖一圖二是酒店的，一家人就剩了點豆漿，白饅頭

第一次差評給前台，房間超賣，還美其名曰升級套房，仔細一看就是一件有床的辦公室，房間內有辦公桌椅、文件櫃，櫃內員工私人衣服鞋子、垃圾香煙屁股等等，浴室僅一根水管沒有蓮蓬頭，房間空調遙控器找不到。跟前台協調，答覆衹有這間房了，住就住不住也要住，還好在攜程客服幫忙下最終換到一樓的房間。入住期間負責人、前台每天一副欠她錢的樣子，對於自己的失誤完全不覺得愧疚，體感非常差。

因天氣原因退房，都沒入住，一開始都不肯退，後來勉強的才退了百分之五十，不是説不想住，就怕颱風天來了困島上，不用體驗，服務就感覺不行，根本對不起這個價位，真的坑

出去旅遊無數次從來沒有給過差評！這次忍無可忍！服務員態度非常惡劣！還爆粗口！我們花錢是去消費享受的！還不夠收她氣！寫出來希望大家避免踩雷！以後再也不會去此家！菜味真心一般！而且還貴！在其他家吃午飯小飯店服務態度都很好而且菜味好吃又便宜！這家酒店和氣生財的道里都不懂！有圖有真相！看看服務員那臉色！絕了！看的想吐🤮

非常不錯的民宿，民宿氛圍酒店服務！在這個清涼的小島上多了很多暖意和幸福感！老闆很熱心有什麼問題都會及時解決，民宿自帶餐廳，有很多特色菜品可供選擇，很方便也很美味，乾淨衞生，吃着放心！可以主動溝通口味做出調整，真的太適合四面八方的外地朋友啦，好吃！愛吃！下次還要來住！房間也很整潔、舒適！五星推薦！！！可以觀景，户外露台海島景色一覽無餘！太有氛圍感了！性價比之選！

酒店在山上，車子到不了酒店門口，要爬好多台階到酒店，酒店衞生對於在枸杞島來説還可以，説説枸杞島和嵊山島吧，個人不喜歡，沒有一個像樣的沙灘，大王沙灘要收25元門票，以為應該不錯，誰知道去了一看，也是巴掌大塊地方，然後就是收門票的石頭山，比如西洋灣，東崖絕壁，無人村，個人覺得就是浪費錢，沒啥看頭，島上打車很貴的，30起步，基本上超過2公里就要50了，你要是從枸杞島打車去東崖絕壁看日出要200了，本以為離陸地這麼遠海水應該比較藍比較乾淨，但實際也比較臟，可能是島周圍都是養殖貽貝的原因吧，最後就是這裏本身是個漁村不是旅遊景點，所以如果沒去過的想去的話先降低心裏預期，這樣才不會失望。我是第一天上午到的下午就想回去了，可是沒有船票想回也回不了，在酒店睡了一天。
