Tanushaj Beach Resort

one of the worst experiences, I was with my family, zero information about breakfast and dinner time, zero hospitality, terrible food. the food is not fresh at all, they brought whatever food they wanted. even the rating with one star is very big for this resort.

I made an online reservation because I planned to travel with my wife and toddler. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the reservation had been cancelled. They claimed the cancellation was due to a check-in time of 10:00 AM, which was incorrect as their stated check-in time is 12:00 PM. Additionally, they alleged that I hadn’t responded to an automated message sent the day before check-in, which is also false as I had confirmed our arrival. It was clear they were overbooked and didn’t even offer an apology. This was a terrible experience.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I made a reservation a month in advance for over 10 people, and less than 24 hours before check-in, they called to cancel. They claimed it was due to a reason that didn't make sense, but it was clear they had sold the rooms at a higher price to someone else. Additionally, their age limit for kids is bizarre: free for ages 0-3.99 and half price for ages 4-8.99. What kind of logic is that? They expect a 9-year-old to pay full price! We didn't even get to stay there, but the experience has been awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst.

We visited only restaurant. Food was terrible. Look at this plate, it looks pretty good. However, this squids are not eatable, they are hard without any taste. I’m traveling a lot, this is the worst prepared squids I’ve tried in the world. Besides this we have ordered pizza. Pizza was ok.

Hotel is very well organized staff is very cool and friendly.. Rooms are very clean... Food is very tastefully and many various choices... Most common is that prices are not to big 30 meters from beach with 2 very good swimming pool.. Bads and umbrellas are all inclusive in same price.. Respect for Hotel and Resort Tanushaj.. 5 star deserved.. I will recommend to all who haven't been here.....

Perfect hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
