The rooms are either lacking this or that. The quilts and sheets are full of fluff and cannot stick to each other. The floor is not clean and full of dirt. Hot water is not supplied. There is no hot water even when I take a shower or wash my hair. You have to wait for about an hour to get it. There are no drawbacks in the guest room, so you have to go and get it yourself again and again. The front desk does not understand the room inspection, and the deposit is either less or more refunded.
