Room was nice. Someone left their shoes in the room, tub was narrow and felt unsafe when u stepped in. My husband thought I was crazy until he took his shower.

The first room I was given smelled strongly of smoke a vape. The second room was dark and dreary. It had terrible lighting. Poor drywall patchwork on the walls. Decor seemed mismatched.

The only complaint was the lay out of breakfast and possibly the bed. I stayed last month at hi in Lafayette and noticed the bed wasn't the quality I'm used to at a HI..this stay the bed was better but still not the same as a decade ago. I really remember a better quality and an advertisement about their beds.

We booked this hotel for a Christmas gathering for a night of swimming and hitting. When we got there, there was no hot tub, even though the website clearly showed one. This is false advertising and shouldn't be allowed to stay open.

The staff were very friendly. But the only reason I picked this property was for the hot tub… which they DO NOT have. Their website needs updated!
The furniture, floors and bathroom are lacking severely for the price point. The tub had been painted and was peeling. You could see all the “repairs” from leakage in the ceiling. Sloppy and moldy grout. I would be on the maintenance person’s A** if that were my staff. The amenities are connected to the walls. The breakfast area was decently clean. Comfort of the old bed and pillows were fair. However, I had to take off the duvet and comforter because they smelled like nasty, dirty feet. No, I would not stay here again.

The room was pleasant. However…the carpet felt damp when going bare feet. Very clean. Upstairs people were noisy at arrival 4:45am. Some people have no respect for those who are already sleeping.

Had early games get cancelled and were two hours away from home. The lady at the desk worked with me and got us checked in early so we had some place to go! I really appreciated that!

More expensive than it should be. But the competition is in terrible shape. Staff slow to respond when checking in. We figured out that they like to sit outside rather than behind the desk or in the office.
