The place looked old. Not well kept up. The toilet kept running. Later there was water on the bathroom floor. The carpet in room 127 was old and both rooms had a smell. We needed a place to put our heads and it served the purpose. Don't plan on going back.

The bathroom was gross and the bedsheets had foreign hair all over it, and so did the bathroom tiles. They put us in an adjoining room unbeknownst to us which was a nightmare. The man next door was so loud at all hours of the night. It is a very noisy hotel and not the cleanest establishment unfortunately.

Poorly kept hotel, old, not kept up, strong chlorine odors in hallways, poor steps, all different sizes. Not the cleanest. See photos. no hot water in shower or sink.

Rooms had odur. Rooms numbers were so odd, second floor numbers were also had starting with number one. We had difficulty to communicate with the receptionist at the front desk. Rooms were expensive for the kind of service.

Parking was very limited and tight (and we are driving an Altima). The room's floors were uneven and worn out. The breakfast was good.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY! So expensive FOR ONE NIGHT AND WE STAYED FOR 5 MINUTES AND WE WERE REFUSED A REFUND. DOOR FRAME WAS NOT ATTACHED TO DOOR COULD PUSH DOOR IN WITHOUT IT LOCKED. WAS SOLICITED TO BUY ***** WHILE WALKED TO OUR ROOM. ROOM WAS SO DIRTY COULDN'T TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF. HAIR I THE BED, STAINES ALL OVER THE FURNITURE. MOLD IN THE CORNERS. THE ROOMS AROUND US WERE BOARDED UP. AFTER LOOKING ONLINE THE HOTEL HOUSES HOMELESS PEOPLE AS WELL. SMELLED SO BAD! WOULD NOT REFUND US AT ALL. WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY TRUCK MUCH SAFER.

There were homeless people being put up in the next room over. The hotel management wanted to refund my payment when I complained that there were no towels or hangers in the room.
