Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! Great room and view, thanks for that! The rest urgently needs to be changed!

Everything is wonderful: territory of forest, beach with no one else around, big balcony with excellent sea and mountains view, comfortable bed with many soft pillows, bathroom and separate bath, chill zone, dining zone, good wifi everywhere. But the best of all it is water zone: inside aquapark with sea water, aquarium, spa zone, inside tropic forest and swimming pool with warm water starting inside and continuing out to the beach and pier.

The location is very good. But a lot of people want to relax there and the staff does not always have time to fulfill your wishes. In general, the rooms are normal, although 3-4 years ago the service was much higher. In any case, this is one of the best places on the Black Sea coast.

Great hotel!! Everything is great!!! Had a great time!! There are purely recommendations from personal travels from other places (a 5* hotel should have toothbrushes, razors, a comb, a washcloth; there were 3 of us and there was none of this)

Amazing stay at this hotel and is so far the best hotel that I stayed this year They have an impressive lobby entrance with a giant aquarium full of fishes such as sharks and other huge fishes There is available many restaurants which I recommend the traditional Geogian one with a lovely and tasty menu They have a infinite swimming pool going to the see and an indoor pool The staff are very friendly The rooms are huge and full of luxury There I a bar in the top of the hotel with an super and expressive view I recommend this hotel to all P.S. it is not expensive comparing to other places in Europe

It is one of the best hotels in Georgia. The location and the views are awesome! I was there in summer and spring and definitely will come again. The restaurants and SPA are highly recommended, also there is a huge aquarium that amazes me every time. We were at the wedding there, so the banquet hall was also nice.

Worst food and services ever don't waste your time going here really raw food 2 hours waiting had to prepare the tables ourselves horrible starters tempura of tuna cheese balls freezing cold raw chicken cold pasta only took one chicken from the bill 3 not eaten

Last night my family and I experienced THE WORST FOOD & SERVICE I have probably ever experienced. We went for dinner in the only restaurant this hotel offers. 5* hotel and the menu is smaller than a breakfast cafe. We selected a few options Tempura Tuna which was like cat food. Cheese Balls which can only be described as blue cheese mash potato in a cold yogurt, then chicken satay for main which was RAW. The kids pastas came out over 1hr after ordering the restaurant wasn’t even busy I can obviously see why. We booked a table for 8 upon arrival we were left standing waiting for someone to assist us instead staff just kept asking what we required then walking past us. My husband and I then adjoined tables ourselves to accommodate us. No one came over for at least 15 minutes to set the table or offer menus. After we sent the raw chicken back we were told sorry we will remove from the bill. They then said we would like you to send you a complimentary fruit plate as we had not eaten. The fruit plate looked like a child had stood in it before serving. TERRIBLE FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you’re staying at this hotel be prepared to FAST.

My family’s recent stay at the Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection, was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As a long-time Marriott Titanium Member, I’ve always trusted Marriott properties to provide top-notch service and resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, this hotel has failed to meet even the basic standards of guest care. Due to unavoidable circumstances, including a flight delay and the ongoing situation in Israel, my brother's family arrived one night late. Despite this being a situation beyond our control, the hotel charged us a $400 "No Show" fee for a room that was ultimately used. The logic behind this fee is entirely unjustifiable and goes against the very principles of guest satisfaction. The manager initially promised a room rate that was significantly lower than what we were ultimately charged. When we raised these issues, we were met with a dismissive attitude and no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including a meeting with the hotel manager, the staff refused to refund the unjust No Show fee or adjust the charges to what was originally agreed upon. To make matters worse, the hotel manager took advantage of my brother’s wife, who was exhausted after a 20-hour travel ordeal and not fluent in English, pressuring her into accepting these unfair charges. This experience has not only been troubling but also deeply disappointing, especially given that we were there to celebrate a special occasion. The lack of empathy, transparency, and willingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Marriott brand. I strongly advise other travelers to reconsider staying at this property, as their policies are rigid, and they seem more focused on securing income than ensuring guest satisfaction. This hotel’s management is clearly more interested in telling stories to justify their actions rather than addressing the real concerns of their guests. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. As a loyal Marriott customer, I expected much better and hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Please know that we only charged for one room for the no-show since the hotel was fully booked the previous night, and we were unable to sell the rooms due to waiting for your arrival. Additionally, we met with your family, and we communicated with them in Russian. They expressed their gratitude for the attention they received, which is why we strive so much to ensure that all our guests feel cared for. We want to reassure you that our team is always on the side of our guests, and we strive to make exceptions and accommodations whenever possible, even within the constraints of the hotel industry.
