It’s a good hotel, clean and comfortable room with a great view and location but you should pay for car parking.

The hotel was not easy to find but the staff did assist us promptly. There was an issue up with the accommodation, upon reporting this our accommodation was upgraded immediately. There stay was good. The food was excellent. The only thing I will say is that the cleanliness of some of the rooms, need to be addressed and also the maintence needs to be addressed also.

Staffs are friendly. The room is big and clean. Around 14 minutes walk from hotel to city centre and train station. Will stay again.

The food was not good I need to add more one hour they charge me £30 but the hotel is not bad There is not parking.

when i checked in The Two staff at reception(Female) were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful, I forget their names but all round a much better experience than last time also the guy on night shift was also great. Will deffo be booking again soon keep it up guys 😃
