Sheffield Meadowhall

Our stay was as good as it gets, the staff, were extremely helpful. In particular Chloe, who really helped us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our visit as fantastic as it was. We would 100% stay here again if ever we were in the area.

Stayed here for 3 nights for £205. The bed in the room was decent, the tv was alright, and the bathroom had a decent bath and shower. Parking is good, plenty of spaces. All that said though, theres issues that let the place down. Theres a lack of plug sockets and one of the USB ports beside the bed was completely broken. The extra bed/mattress underneath the double bed were visibly filthy, thankfully we didnt need to use this. The room had damage to the walls and ceiling in places. The biggest issue was the heat and lack of air-con, as the room was constantly unbelievably hot. Opening windows had little to no effect, and the fan in the room had little effect too. It was so hot it made sleeping nearly impossible.

The location was great, near my friends and next to shopping centre. the room was large enough what could improve was the way bed made i can do better at home on one pillowcase on the pillow no cover. the bed was lumpy on left side, which suprised me and unfortunately i have an insect bite recieved which i have had to seek medication for.

We was very dissatisfied and left throughout the night as the room was unbelievably overheated as we have a new born and a 3 year old we didn’t feel safe to continue our stay with someone who has asthma I was struggling to breathe with how overheated the room was as the aircon wasn’t working very disappointed

Prefect place to stay for Meadowhall shopping free car parking a bonus check in quick and easy room absolutely spotlessly clean great housekeeping team especially Margret who kept us topped up thank you breakfast was lovely and hot plenty of it never ran out of anything all in all lovely stsy

The staff were always cheerful and efficient. We stayed for two nights and on our first morning we had a problem with our shower. They were unable to fix it so moved us to an alternative room with the minimum of fuss. There is a wide choice for breakfasts which are delicious. No problems at all. Well done to all staff.
