This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in, clean, modern, stylish, big and bright.

I have used Doubletree Hilton in USA and this is much the same, including the cookie.
Hotel was pleasant enough for what it was. Comfortable bed and warm room. The shower wasn’t very hot but acceptable.
Breakfast was good but I thought £15 per night for car park a bit steep. Being next to the Sheffield United football ground I could understand the need to ration parking but this wasn’t a match day and there is not much close to attract drivers who might use the parking available.

Only a 20 minute stroll from Sheffield station. Both the lobby/Bar/Restaurant and the rooms are light very spacious and airy.
All staff are polite professional and the breakfast staff are friendly and welcoming.
I don't like lifts and they kindly put me on the first floor so I just had one flight of stairs.
Love the little click button adjustable reading light and if you don't like total darkness the bathroom light with the glass door closed gives a gentle suffused night light.
Will definitely stay again if I go back to Sheffield for business. Excellent breakfast (I have to eat Gluten Free) and I was even given a very nice GF cookie by reception on arrival :-)

The hotel was good, the location isn't the most ideal as it's quite far away from anything within Sheffield City Centre (based near Bramall Lane - this was my mistake for not reading more than anything), that aside the hotel is clean, staff are great and the rooms are in good condition.
