Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, spacious and comfortable! Bed was the best of our entire 2 week trip! hotel was quiet, bayview is a few blocks from the water but still really nice. Guest laundry availability was a plus. Great staff. Highly recommend it.

One of the best Hotels to stay at while visiting Shediac. Excellent people and very good location. Nice Bistro supporting local businesses. Great service and very reasonable. Rates are better than most chains. Rooms are large and have a very nice balcony area to sit and enjoy a sippy at the end of the day. Only big enough for two, though. If needing more space, the lounge on the second floor will accommodate larger groups. Excellent. 100% and all thumbs up. Kudos to the Manager!

Good and somewhat less than good. The very good is room cleanliness and excellent housekeeping. Very good bed for a comfortable, quiet sleep, and, a spacious bathroom. We had the executive floor. Property is well maintained. The less than good begins with front desk staff that cannot manage basic requests, and a language barrier - we speak English and very little Canadian French. I’m not sure what language most of the front hospitality spoke, but it was a struggle to receive a positive response. Next is basic convenience inside the room, and although it was spacious, there was not a hook to be had in the bathroom or anywhere else. Choices to hang a wet towel, or damp swim suit after use was a towel bar directly over the toilet (counter to hygienic in every sense) or over a chair back at the bistro table, or on the patio chairs or railing, or in the clothing closet! Next was the advertised promise of secure floor access. Indeed there was a card reader in the elevator, but it was defunct. And not only that as a security ‘minus’, but every door from the outside had no control access (excusing the main lobby access). This hotel is located adjacent to the town green, where events are held almost nightly. Pool towels were only doled out from behind the front desk. Do not go to the pool area expecting a rack of towels for guests to use - adding, they were not particularly generous sized towels, and not in terrific condition! Lastly, parking. Zero monitoring for hotel guest parking in the limited spaces. Again this is adjacent to the town green, and hotel has a popular terrace for dining.

I would not return to this hotel without their being significant upgrading of the staff. The physical plant is quite nice with large rooms with balconies, many looking down to the water a few blocks away. The problems we encountered involved personnel. The desk clerk had no idea about the area and said she was new, so I asked to speak with the concierge. She did not know what a concierge was (and this is an area of Canada where French is the primary language). Essentially she had no idea about anything. So I asked to speak with the manger on duty, who was equally ill informed. When I made a comment about how surprised I was that they we guest-facing and seemed to know nothing they got very angry and huffy and unpleasant. Then they only service the rooms every five days without special arrangements, which we thought would be fine but we did expect to have towels and glasses replaced. Nothing. The breakfast room closed at 9am, which from our travel experience is incredibly early, but it's probably our fault for not asking specifically. It was a nice place but in my view run entirely by amateurs who could not respond to the most basic questions and concerns. Being as I am a spoiled traveler, I would not return under these circumstances.

Great rooms although the view from the front wasn't as good as ours at the back. Comfy beds, pleasant and helpful reception staff and all you could need although it would have been nice to have some complementary water when we arrived. There is free parking though and the hotel is located in a good position nit quite in the centre of town but close enough to walk there.

The hotel was very clean , and comfortable. Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Just felt really comfortable , and the restaurant was really amazing as well . Great overall experience. The family enjoyed the pool as well , overall it was a great experience. Won’t be disappointed

We stayed on the business level and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was exceptional. Just a tiny little dive but they have a great chef. There is a little coffee shop in there too which was great for a quick breakfast sandwich. A little bit of a language barrier explaining the type of room we wanted, but it worked out in the end.

Very convenient and clean hotel. We stopped on our way to Nova Scotia. Sleepy town but fortunately the hotel restaurant was open and delicious. We had a spa suite with tub in the bedroom. The bathroom was very well appointed as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Hotel staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.
