一起定了兩間房，一間是三人間，一間是這個複式的，這個房間更新，下面有沙發，一個很大的空間，床在樓上，親子，小夫妻，情侶都很適合。特別特別要感謝酒店的羅經理。從定了酒店就開始保持聯繫。初三是我女兒的生日，提早寄了佈置的東西過來，百忙之中，羅經理還帶着辦公室的人員幫我們佈置，晚上還點了蛋糕外賣送過去，也幫我們先放在了廚房的冷櫃裏，我們到店很晚，羅經理也一直在關心。還送了早餐券。酒店還有洗浴中心，還送了我們洗浴中心的門票。真的非常非常感謝，我的女兒在酒店過了非常特殊非常滿意的生日。真的真的感謝酒店為我們提供的所有幫助。下次再來一定還會選擇。

10月3日入住，一掀開被子，床上就有一根長髮，打電話給總枱，説會處理，也沒有表示重新換被套。一直到離店都沒給回覆，辦退房和前台工作人員反映，給的解釋是昨天前台的工作人員是新人，難道新人就可以這樣敷衍客人？我們9點半左右辦的退房，説處理投訴的領導要10點上班，難道還讓我們等半小時？
房間提供了充電的插頭，掃碼付了29元，但依然不能充電。工作人員讓我們自己聯繫提供充電插頭的商家。我在你們這裏入住，用了你們酒店提供的設施，不是應該你們處理，怎麼還讓我們自己找商家。
酒店服務有待改進，以後絕對不會再選擇入住這家酒店。

房間超級大，前台服務熱情，吃飯方便。
歙縣過年非常有年味兒，但是酒店相對溢價還是比較多的。適合家庭出遊。

空間還是很大的，給個建議，洗髮水沐浴露還有洗手液可以用好點的。可能國慶去房價貴了，我看平時200多的話性價比真的很高

相當不推薦。
位置有點偏，離古城有些遠，打車還需要➕3元的調度費。
隔音不好，隔壁或者樓上有動靜，聽得很清晰。外面有大車通過，也能聽的很清楚，給的房間是10層。
早飯衹營業到9點，按時撤攤。
房間衞生也一般，服務更一般
