It was a great stay for what we needed! A comfortable place to stay while exploring Winchester each day. Pool was a great touch and the front desk lady was helpful and nice! Will be back again!

The staff were very accommodating & met our room requests. The pool was clean but was freezing. They stated the pool was 80 degrees but it did not feel that way. The breakfast was good but missed having the buffet option. The carpet in the hallway was bunched & torn but the rooms were clean.

Hotel was overall ok. Staff at front desk were kind and quick. Wifi was out during our stay. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent service, very quick check in. I requested a room change when i got to the room because i wanted a bathtub. By the time i got back downstairs, they had the new keys ready.
