Most unprofessional staff. Had room 322. Which was right across the hall from the “professional conference room”. The had a teen pajamas party with about 40-50 young teen girls. I couldn’t hear my tv in my room and front desk refused to move me without a $50 cash cleaning fee.

As a Veteran I was upset that the US Flag was in such disarray. It needs replaced ASAP! The pool was great but needed a little attention by cleaning the ring around the top of the pool.

Staff is ok, but the room safe had no batteries and was not working. Other than this it was clean, everything worked. I thought cost could be a bit lower, also I have stayed here 3-4 times and that is not recognized.

I stay here often and have reviewed the LivInn before. It's still my go to hotel in Cincinnati. The value is exceptional, as is the staff, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Oh...and I love the pancake machine.

The room reeked of cigarettes. It was awful!!! Tried to spray Febreeze but it did not help at all. Usually it is fine but this time the smell was dreadful!!!

Beautiful property, clean rooms, excellent staff, pool is nice and warm and clean, and breakfast was delicious! Lots of options and hot options. Comfortably firm beds and nice pillows, super fluffy absorbent towels! Loved the shampoo and conditioner too. Fridge worked great, was clean.
