Very nice hotel, modern and exceptionally clean decor. Nice hot breakfast with multiple choices of food. Staff was very nice.

Loved the ppl there. Room was very nice, loved the shower n size of room. Workers treated my pug great and he made many friends.

No cups left in room for coffee. Toilet not flush properly with loose toilet seat. Morning breakfast was a disaster. Cold eggs and sausage, counter not cleaned toaster(1) slow and didn’t toast the bagel on first down. Tables not being cleaned.

There was not enough parking. The lobby smelled of ****. The halls of smoke and then air fresheners. The man on 11:30pm desk duty was beyond rude. No water for sale or available. The only saving grace was an elderly lady cleaning was able to get a pitcher of water that I could pour into cups. The room was dirty. Hand prints on the headboard. Tissues on floor, and there was no way we could shower in the dirty shower.

Do not recommend, breakfast was just waffles basically. Pool closed and was not informed. Small elevators that you can barely fit in 😂 just overall never again.

walked in the room to a smell, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t pleasant. air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. sheets were nasty and stained. bathroom was okay, shower was dirty. its splashes of something on the tv screen, pillows were used and not changed. 2/10

The hotel was easy to get too, and everything in it didn't look too bad either. The room was perfectly suitable for our needs and everything was there you'd need.
Wifi also worked real good too, an overall clean and affordable place for travelers visiting Cincinnati itself.

Staff was friendly. Upkeep is horrible. Bathtubs need reglazing. Rooms were not clean.

Evening staff was very friendly, the lady who was there during breakfast cusssed a lot and talked about how she didn't get holiday pay. Room was clean, no issues, breakfast wasnt filled up for drinks outside of coffee.
