The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very nice, recommended

Staff here are so helpful and friendly, it is a very pleasant place to stay. Food is amazing. Delicious traditional fare. No shortage of vegan options. I ate like a Queen. The waiting staff can't do enough for you- what lovely young men... they really made my holiday delightful. The pool is not heated. It is cold in January, but you soon get used to it. It's a good size, and there is a small hot tub area. A range of animation activities every day keep you active! I enjoyed 'stretching' each morning and yoga, but there is so much more- dance, volleyball, darts. The bedroom was large, basic, but had everything I needed and I had no complaints. Housekeeping were good, everything was clean. You can buy day trips from the trader in the foyer... snorkelling/diving, Dahab, bedouin show, buggy ride/desert aentures and more. There is also a taxi company there. There are small shops selling souvenirs, snacks, perfume, (I believe there is a health clinic on site also).... and the hotel has it's own spa! The massage comes highly recommended. The hotel has beach access (shared with another hotel) which is a 10 minute walk away. It is a small beach but well equipped with bar, longers, and a massage tent! You can book a glass bottomed boat trip from the many piers along the bay and view the wonderful sealife below. Everything you need is within 10 minutes of Falcon Naama Star.... there is a chemist across the road , souvenir shops are next door (or just down the street in naama's centre), bowling alley, cafes bars and restaurants. Taxis run along the main street to the left (just flag one down...but set a price before leaving). Buses run from there also, or from the street across the way (behind pharmacy) A shopping mall backs onto the hotel -accessed from either the road behind the hotel (go out, turn left,left, left for level access) or the covered stairwells just down the road from the hotel. There is a Tutankhamun museum in the shopping centre. Lovely place to say with everything you need on your doorstep. I will be back.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

My husband and I recently spent several weeks at this lovely hotel. We had booked for a week but, due to a serious medical emergency, our stay had to be extended multiple times and we were under considerable stress on top of the medical situation itself. During our time, we were supported INCREDIBLY WELL by the great staff here. We can honestly say that every single employee that we encountered was always smiling, helpful and putting the customer first. In particular we would like to extend our thanks to: JAN - reception - who personally oversaw all our room extensions, helped with other queries, and did everything he could to relieve our stress. Jan is an exceptional employee and we now consider him to be our friend. MEMI and MINA - Reception - who also did everything they could to support us, always ready with a welcome smile. MILAD - top pool bar/restaurant - another exceptional employee. Milad was always smiling, kind and polite and kept a supply of drinks flowing all day - most of the time providing our usual favourites without even being asked. He also managed the Indian restaurant in the evenings. He was sad to see us leave and we were sad to leave him behind. REDA - top bool bar/restaurant and Your Bar -supported Milad by pool but also works in Your Bar sometimes. A really good, smiley and helpful waiter. CHEFS AT TOP/POOL - we don’t know their names but the chef that served lunches at the snack bar was, as well as being a good cook, always friendly and helpful and he even made a “special” lunch for us on our last day. We also ate at the Indian restaurant three times during our stay, and the food is excellent so thanks to that/those chefs too. ALLAM - top pool manager? - another smiling face every morning, always happy to do anything at all to help. Here we must also mention how hard the pool attendants worked the day after the rain/sand storm. It took them hours and hours to painstakingly vacuum the sand out of the pool. Great team work! FARES - My Bar - first class waiter, always pre-emptying our requests, friendly and helpful. SAYED - Elements and mY Bar - another helpful and friendly waiter. SAID - main restaurant (manager?) who was the welcome at the main restaurant. Always remembered us, and the drinks we liked with our meals. Always there and always smiling. This is a great hotel, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say, but have concentrated our review on the individuals who have really made a difference to us during a very difficult time Thank you - we will be back! A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

It was a very satisfying trip. The hotel environment is very beautiful and meets the basic holiday needs. The room is large. There are several swimming pools in the hotel, suitable for people of different ages, including shallow children's pools, quiet adult pools and mixed pools. There is a water bar in the middle of the pool, which can replenish water appropriately. There are many kinds of food in the restaurant, and you can definitely eat and drink enough. There is also a bar in the lobby. The menu has two types of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, about 10 kinds of each. You can take a car to the beach every 20 minutes or walk for about 15 minutes. There are small fish swimming around at the end of the beach, which are colorful and not afraid of people. You can snorkel and dive after walking across the floating bridge. There is also a bar on the beach, which can provide drinks. There are also simple meals such as hamburgers and hot dogs at noon. The above food is included in the room rate, which is much more cost-effective than Sanya. It is worth going again and again.

Awesome! Paradise! The architecture of all buildings is a magnificent pleasant eye. The decoration is the most modern new very high level. The service is non-invasive, helpful, in the case, without money being lured. Reef is. Respectful. Fish, corals. The panton. Food is very diverse. Beautiful pools Super!
