We are having the best time and Amreid especially made us feel special and amazing service ,he made sure we had drinks and our table was very clean.He is very friendly and made us feel welcome overall this experience is going amazing :)

Very good hotel very clean english very welcome lovley beach swimming with the fishes near the corral and they all pleased to see us food was good and hotel a pleasure to stay at met omar very pleasent on the entertainment staff very nice bloke highly recommended staff cant do enough for you will be back again.

Firstly, other guests are absolutely right in that the staff are super friendly, helpful and make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Secondly, rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and tipping a couple of dollars to your cleaners ensures a regular supply of more and more elaborate towel art! The food is okay for an AI, varied most of the time and some good specials on the barbecue. The falafels at breakfast are an absolute must try - utterly delicious. The hotel puts on transfers to the beaches and to both Naama Bay and the old town. All of these have to be booked so there’s no spontaneous decisions about where to go and what to do unfortunately. If you’re just after a week in the sun then this is absolutely fine and you don’t need me to tell you that there are better hotels in sharm but it’s a good value option with great staff

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. I would like to thank all Sierra staff from concierge, front office , housekeeping and restaurant .. they are going there best to make all the guests happy. Rooms are so tight and clean , food is good and all writers and waitresses are so friendly Abdullah, Rasha, Gerigs, samy, Amir and Islam ..Also the barmen are so funny and helpful .. Mina, Gerigs, Krilous, Peter and Ashraf..if I keep write names I won't stop .. It is about a 25-minute drive from the airport and the hotel can provide a shuttle service. The bus costs $ 7.5 per person and the special car costs $ 35. The hotel's internal facilities are complete. The luxurious sea-view suites we ordered can enjoy free steaming and spa services. Extra beds and cots are available. The only drawback is that the food is not rich enough. The Middle Eastern-style buffet has almost no Chinese food. You can order coffee, local drinks and other special drinks. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. In addition, the hotel is near Farsha coffee, 3 minutes by taxi.

My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners.The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. Hygiene: The next day the waiter made us a bath towel and liked it very much. However, there is a pimple under the quilt. I don’t feel very comfortable. I’m more picky. In addition, there is a small blanket in the middle of the quilt. It is not put in a suit, but two sheets are sandwiched.
