"The room is nice, with a private beach for snorkeling. But there is only wifi at the front desk, no wifi in the room, only mobile hotspot. In addition, there are many mosquitoes on the first floor, so it is recommended to bring more mosquito repellent.
In addition, there is a pyramid diving center on the beach.
High cost performance, I will come again next time."
"We lived in the part that is across the road from the sea, we took it without food, because the price is not competitive with food, the Internet was excellent, but we specifically asked for a room near the reception, the room is good, the cleaning is super, the pools are not heated, but the sea is not far away. Few people, excellent value for money."
"Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant!
Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared.
If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

"The atmosphere is full of Christmas. I have to take the train every day. Luna's food is more in line with Chinese people. I am not used to eating in Lebanese restaurants. Waha drinks are delicious, and reef grill shrimps are delicious. The swimming pool is divided into several areas. The kids have a lot of fun playing..."
"The hotel is clean, beautiful, the pool is cleaned, the territory is also clean. Yes, maybe the furniture should be changed somewhere, but overall it is a very nice hotel.
Many people speak Russian, the staff is always responsive and friendly.
There is also enough food, the bar is open until 23:00.
They often take you to the sea, the free beach is very good, there are many fish and even a stingray lives there).
There are also enough sun loungers by the pool in the hotel).
There is a jacuzzi, karaoke, billiards (the last 2 are for money, but there 1-2$).
There were almost no children."
"Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours."

"The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel."

Very Good
GGuest User

GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

GGuest UserA very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

GGuest UserThis hotel has a special party time, which only starts on Thursday night and Sunday night. It ends at 3:00 am the next day. If you have friends who like it, you can choose this. It is free to participate if you stay in the hotel. I stayed for four nights and caught up with it twice. The characteristics of each time were different. The dance area and the residential area are separated. The hotel still protects the residential area very well. There are people watching over it. It is not easy for strangers to come to the residential area. It is still relatively safe. It is usually very quiet. It has its own beach area. It is very close to walk there. It is very convenient to watch the sea and swim every day.

YYoke Ping FrancesThis resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used.

GGuest User10 minutes from Sharm Airport, 15 minutes from the cliff bar, the hotel environment is very good, the sanitation is also good, the breakfast is OK, there is a free shuttle to the island, the room is very good, the cost performance is high, but it is not convenient to the beach, you can go to the beach

AAnonymous UserReceptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy.
Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste.
Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs.
Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel.
It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes.
The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud.
The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.
