Please remove the title of the world's top 100 parent-child paradise hotel from Ctrip. This hotel does not deserve the title. The food is terrible. If you have high requirements for food, it is recommended to go out for dinner. If you need high style and quality to take your children to play, don't choose this hotel. This hotel basically has no luggage pick-up service, and you need to carry your luggage yourself when you check out.

Very satisfied with everything, but I called 3 times to get my luggage when I checked out, but no one came to pick it up. In the end, I had to carry 5 suitcases by myself! I wanted to give a bad review, but the second hotel I came to was simply unbearable! So I gave a good review! Very good
