I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

The hotel maintains a good rating thanks to its staff - they are extremely persistent in asking guests to leave reviews. Reviews are written under the supervision of the staff.
Objectively - 3 out of 5. Actually, this is both a rating and a star rating. There is no talk of 5 stars.
1. Cleanliness. Total dirt in the room in places where the eye can't reach. Huge layers of dust.
2. Bathroom. The plumbing is old and rusty, the shower curtain is worn out. The sanitary condition of the bathroom is disgusting.
3. Room. The furniture is worn out. White luxury from the Jurassic period.
4. Food. Monotonous and not very tasty. Canteen quality. You can't even get close to the sweets - terrible.
5. Beach. A good beach, 300 meters from the hotel. Reef: poor, dead.
6. Location is ok, the center of Naama.
7. Service. A three, all contacts with the staff are somehow traumatic.
Overall rating: not bad three stars for those who have not been to good hotels. If you have been to good ones - better not. I was surprised by the quality, since I had previously been to the Jaz chain, everything was not bad

The hotel has no shuttle service and is far from the airport. There are scam taxis in front of the hotel, but the hotel doesn't care. The front desk's English is also not standard, and they discriminate against Chinese people. White people are served first when they arrive, and their attitude is extremely bad if they don't leave tips. The room had a strong smell, the water in the bathroom was blocked and I couldn't get out the next morning. The trash can in the bathroom was broken, the door was also broken, and the bed was very small. My husband and I stayed here for 10 days the hotel is beautiful The staff are all friendly and amazingly helpful nothing is too much trouble Food...repetitive unfortunately a huge let down, the omelette chef in the morning was amazing Animation...again a lot to be desired could do a lot more than darts and stretching during the day all seemed aimed at evening entertainment which was aimed at the young girls in their twenties music during the day round the main pool was loud and aimed at the anger clientele couldn't hear yourself think....only Amr seemed to interact with everyone The reception looked amazing with the Christmas decs

Hotel was really lovely and welcoming, it’s clean and very well maintained. You could also use the hotel across the road. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Pools were also nice but very cold could be to do with the time of year that we went. We had a massage and the scrub when we were there, the massage was nice but the scrub wasn’t worth the money we paid, the salon was very run down. We booked a couple of trips from the hotel they were very good and well worth the money. The only thing that was wrong with the hotel was the food, it wasn’t very nice even the salad was very poor which is unusual for a foreign hotel. We had gold bands so we could eat in the hotel across the road which was much nicer.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sharme Dreams thanks to the wonderful staff! Mahmoud who kept room 5019 not only spotless but added that little personal touch of flower petals on the bed! To Mohammed and Reda, thank you for always getting us coffee ☕ juice and beer shandy with our meals. Meal times are a culinary adventure with a variety to suit every taste! The dessert selection is to be commended! A special mention must be made of the omelettes at breakfast, the Omelette Chef is amazing, single handedly making the omelettes, 8 at a time, plus he remembers what you had yesterday! Mi-lady was impressed! Ahmed kept the Rock Pool sparkling along with the jacuzzi. Enjoyed our chats about Luxor...! Yes there could be changes, a bathroom upgrade, a bit of paint here and there, nothing is perfect! But it's the people who make the place special and Sharm Staff score %

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff are very sweet. The pool is very relaying and the restaurants are the very delicious and the weather is very good despite it being winter and my favourite part is the beach where it's the m9st relaxing and my favourite staff member is bassant is an very sweet and loving member

We came to the hotel from 11-18th October. We were in room 1001. We had the best time at this lovely hotel! It is so clean and the food is lovely, lots of variety and a bbq! Everyone was welcoming and kind. Very helpful also. Four members of staff were particularly amazing, Mahmoud who was working in the restaurant amazing at every meal, he was attentive, friendly, helpful. Then there was Mostafa who also was working/cleaning in the restaurant also so nice and kind and friendly. Shimaa who let us know about the hotels massages was lovely and the massages were AMAZING. Finally there was Ahmed who cleaned our rooms, he brought me tea when I wasn’t feeling well and checked up to see if I was feeling well! Overall we would come again because it was a lovely hotel but mostly because the staff were so amazing!!

The hotel itself is really good, of course it could do with some upgrades but nothing that hinders you from having a relaxing/ fun time. Majority of the staff are great some specials mentions would be Mo on the pool bar - always working hard and tries to get to everyone as quickly joy as possible. Sambo the entertainment guy, very friendly and always happy, khalid the evening receptionist explained everything so clearly and was always helpful. There were more. Be wary that about 5% of the staff won’t help you at all without a priory tip, they will then assist you consistently for the remainder of your holidays. The rooms was lovely, very comfy bed, excellent air con, powerful shower and cleaned daily and fresh towels the beach and shower room left! The room cleaners very friendly and helpful!. The food, this was okay, you always found something whether this be pasta or potatoes or freshly sliced beef of chicken but is very repetitive and often doesn’t look appealing. The buffet restaurant can get very busy and sharing tables is often a thing but nothing major to worry about. The sister hotel Italian is beautiful ‘Al Fresco’ The location is great with 5 mins walk into the shops of naama bay, 15 mins in car to farsha cafe, soho square, old market. The only issues/ personal annoyance we experienced which is why this is being marked 4 not 5 was simple: if Mo was not on the pool bar you waited 30/40 mins for a drink because the young gentlemen served only certain people 1st. The cups given to you for drinks are slightly larger than a shot class and do not quench your thirst so you normally need about 4 to equal a standard size cup in the UK. We found and this may just be us that we were consistantly interrupted during the day whether this be by a member of the entertainment team pushing you to take part in aqua and then giving you funny looks if you said no, the therapists pushing massages on you every 45 minutes, the excursions team pushing boat trips on you twice a day of the site photographer take photos of you then trying to charge you! This even happened when asleep on the sunbed. When you are there to relax on holiday this isn’t exactly what I expected. Finally, the daily call to your hotel room from reception at 6/630 on everyday to ask you the same question — everything ok? Most times we would try to nap for an hour before getting ready for dinner and this was a constant interruption or the person then knocking on your door 30 minutes later to ask you the same thing. Like I said some of these are personal irritations and others won’t find this. I would reccomend the hotel and area !

I think a lot of the positive reviews on here are fake and from Hotel staff. This is definitely not a five star hotel. Slow service, poor food quality and a very dangerous swimming pool area. I had 2 really bad falls & my son then had a nasty fall and had to go to hospital. The lifeguards and staff seem totally unable or unwilling to help. We spent ages trying to get them to understand that we wanted an ice pack. The waterpark is very rundown with only a few slides open and none of the bars or restaurants, so nowhere to get a drink. In the hotel the Restaurant area is very chaotic and the tables and chairs filthy. Food options were incredibly limited, beef stew for lunch and dinner, very repetitive, no themed nights, no ice cream for pudding. Not at all like other hotels we have experienced in Egypt. When you did manage to get a drink at the bar, you were given a tiny plastic cup or paper cup drinks were very sub standard. We’ve booked a room for four people and it was totally unsuitable, literally one double bed made up for two. Lots of mould round the grout in the bath and the taps falling off. After my Son was injured, we checked out and went to the Savoy- much more like it. We just couldn’t risk another fall by the dangerous pool. People were slipping up all over the place. (Would really recommend the Savoy- fab food, amazing service & so clean)

We had an amazing time at Jaz Sharm dreams. One of the best experiences my family and l for all the vacations we have been having. It was awesome. The staffs were great especially Mohamed who looked after room 7008/ 9. Mahmoud the receptionist and to crown it all Youssef at the restaurant,I salute your service . Nivinah in the beauty care you are an amazing woman. The hotel in general was 10 on 10. We becoming for certain.
