Jaz Sharm Dreams

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Everything was amazing all team was very helpful the breakfast was very good specially Mr Emad he is so professional, the bar team is so nice , helpful and sociable , the pool is very clean and the front desk staff very nice this hotel is our second home❤️

We stayed as a family fo 10 for 2 weeks at Jaz Sharm Dreams, we had a lovely break and the hotel is situstioned perfectly in Naama Bay where you get to the beach within 2 minutes and Naama bay shops within 5. As much as we had a lovely stay we did eat out the most that we ever have during an all inclusive in Egypt, this is due to the fact of the main restaurant being like a cattle market, absolutely packed out and people running for tables, the food is very hit and miss some days I struggled to find anything nice other days were better, but I believe it's heavily catered to Russians. We preferred the environment down at the sister hotel Jaz Fayrouz where it's a little smaller and not like a cattle market way more chilled which was better. I am happy to go on holiday and enjoy different origins of food it's all part of the experience but I think they need to mix it up an little and also cater better to children as chips were rare but also no pizza or nuggets or anything like that at dinner if you wanted pizza you could get the Italian restaurant to cook them for $6 as a take away. Pools are all lovely and lots to choose from, life guards are all so friendly and really do look after you. Small area for attention is the main pool bar needs an extra pair of hands, 1 memeber of staff and a huge queue, you could see it was alot to handle and also 1 particular guy was questioning the amount of drinks we asked for at 1 point which I think was odd, we had to point out we were a huge family but it shouldn't have made a different anyway Rooms were a little dated but were clean and tidy, as a family of 10 with 4 different rooms we all agreed that we only recognised the bed sheets changes once of the whole 2 weeks, so little areas like that just need a little more attention The hotel is on lovely grounds it's like a holiday village, enormous and the staff did sort out any issues we had i.e we wanted a room change and they sorted this the next day for 2 of our parties, they were more than accommodating. Animation team were also great it's lively up to 11pm where everything stops but something different everyday Thank you for a lovely break, I would return again if the food was improved as that was our main only gripe the whole time we were there, we couldn't be bothered to fight for tables and fight to get food we chose to eat out most of the time instead, but the location gives this hotel a huge advantage.
