For those who skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner because of this ******* time, it was a disaster, because there is nothing to eat, only a paid bar works, where attention, for example, costs about 700 rubles. About alcohol ... you should not expect cocktails, they simply don’t have gin tonic and cola zero at the bar, not at any bar! I have never met a more boorish service in any hotel, not only are everyone angry and snapping, but they also absolutely calmly entered the room after one knock and it doesn’t matter whether you are naked or not, there was no hot water in the room, they called and said the master would come , as you understand the master never came! We flew with a transfer in Moscow, that is, we hardly slept at night, so we arrived at the hotel very tired, hungry (since we didn’t get food on the plane for 5 hours of the flight), we didn’t sleep, and here the reception is waiting for us without water, without coffee, that is, there is the bar is paid, but we, accustomed to relaxing for free in five-star all-inclusive hotels, should not start our holidays with a paid bar. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time and, for greater comfort, we flavored the resettling manager with 20 bucks, asking for a room closer to the center of the hotel, with a beautiful view. Since the time for lunch feeding in the restaurant was coming to an end, the manager sent us for bracelets, but the girl at the issuance of bracelets only shrugged her hands that they brought her defective ones and she could not help in any way. And she showed with her whole appearance - she doesn’t care that we got to them for almost a day ... In the end, we just picked up the bracelets without fastening them on our wrists and went to the main restaurant for lunch. the main restaurant of a five-star hotel!!! what a shock we were! this is a must see! a feeling that he was in the canteen of the USSR. What old scary wooden furniture! Well, at least you could wash it, greasy tables for years! There are no tablecloths on the tables (only on paid ones) there are individual pieces of paper like in snack bars, supposedly disposable, but, watching the waiters, some just shake off the crumbs and put the same sheets in their original place, they were unpleasantly surprised. The tables themselves stagger, it’s impossible to sit near the windows at all - they are so dirty, spitting, unwashed that they beat off the last appetite. Tableware! The plates are also like in the canteen - thick, deep, the simplest, it’s good at least clean, but .... until each waiter (without gloves) puts his portion of food for you, the whole plate turns out to be stained. Glasses plastic or paper! And this is a five star hotel! Like some kind of homeless person, you drink any drink from a plastic disposable soft glass. Are we here for a picnic? or came to the main restaurant of a five-star hotel?! Well, do you wash the dishes? Why not wash glassware? The only plus is that the devices were distributed in individual sealed bags!!! distribution points. There are four of them in the main restaurant - four glazed islands with two waiters. Here it definitely looks like a canteen - you stand in line for food, which is given out as if on coupons .... We were in the "off season" and sometimes we had to stand in line of 10 people, but what happens here in the "season" ?! About food. One version of chicken, one type of beef and one type of fish (fish was not every day), well, there was always pasta. You can’t clear up ... The beef is old dry, the chicken is also dry every other time .... About alcohol I can only say about beer - not bad, low-grade, one kind of wine - it’s called - take care of your own

Un villaggio meraviglioso completo di tutto adatto a chiunque soprattutto a chi vuole divertirsi e fare baldoria perché ci pensa IL SUPER TEAM DELL'ANIMAZIONE composto da tante belle persone capaci di regalare sorrisi e fare star bene chiunque. Io ho legato particolarmente con Paolo e Martina , due ragazzi adorabili che voglio ringraziare col cuore perché mettono tanta passione nel loro lavoro , senza togliere nulla al resto del team che è altrettanto pazzesco .....
