Good service. Attentive staff. Cleaned every day. Great spacious room, good bed. The place. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an a**osphere of good relaxation and good mood is created. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Many thanks to everyone!

terrible old rooms and the beds aren't stable. they coulr fall any moment old dressers and the wardrobe keeps creaking. water from the sink is yellow and there is no warm water. terrible food that couldnt be eaten by humans. other than the view that many other hotels could have, this is by far the worst hotel in sharm.

Lovely views food bland and always chicken. No entertainment x amount of steps you had to go down and back up. Staff lazy on mobiles and closed the bar by 10 pm although it was all inclusive. Won't be going there ever again.

I've visited here twice. The location is great and the snorkelling is amazing. But I would not pay the price being charged. It's run down and not worth the money. You will be disappointed if you book for the going room rate. I paid probably a third not too long ago. Sorry to the staff but there's far better hotels for the same or less money.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of March 2022 and for the first time ever we had to find another hotel to complete our holiday stay. From a room full of mosquitoes when we arrived (gaps at the top and bottom of the room door meant that they could come and go at will), to lack of toilet rolls. Toilet rolls, we had a full on arguement with the night receptionist who absolutely refused to give us one. He eventually conceded when he realised that we weren't going to go. This was reported to management in the morning. There was a lack of staff during our stay, so the few staff they had were very stretched. Food wise, mostly consisted of raw cabbage, spam, a few fried things made with breaded reconstituted meats. Plenty of rice mixed with what looked like pasta and mashed potato. All inclusive consisted of one small serving of meat with as much raw cabbage etc as you wanted. Fizzy drinks were given in small transparent plastic cups. Beer had to be paid for, we didn't ask about spirits. After the first day we ate our meals in town. Coffee and tea were both instant from the dining hall during meals and whilst we were there we had no fresh or fresh from concentrate juice, there was however squash. Our bed was old and mattress collapsed, although there were plenty of blankets so stayed warm at night, only to find that my feet were poking out of the blankets and covered in mosquito bites. Swimming and diving, at the end of the hotel they have their own reef, I snorkelled this a few times, this was an amazing place and the best part of our stay in this hotel. Definitely worth having a mask to go and have a look. Bar area in the middle of the resort, here you could purchase proper coffee and a few different beers. This place was clean and tidy, they also had some music and dancing on a couple of nights of the week. Also definitely worth a visit. Our visit was one of the first after Sharm had been reopened for direct flights from the UK, this place has so much potential, but based on our last visit, we will not be going back to it. We went to see lots of other hotels in Naama Bay when looking to move and we extended our stay in our new hotel.

I have been here for my birthday with my sister . No problems with overall staff except the security who hassled me asking where I would go and when I come back , Very wired attitude and the life guard asked my sister to borrow her life jacket to another guest and when she refused , He said that we are stingy . Be very careful that area is very noisy because of it's middle of night clubs so we had two restless days without sleep . The food if course isn't eatable not for human use ! The two advantages on that place are the view and the snorkeling on that clear water but that not enough so we made check out after two days . We don't recommend that place to anyone .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Completely deserted with no a**osphere whatsoever. Our room was disgusting. When we were let into the room , the pillows on the bed were out of place as if someone had been lying on the bed and there was an empty beer bottle on the table. The staff member quickly put the pillows into normal position and picked up the beer bottle and put it outside on the terrace which is where it stayed! The rooms are extremely shabby which is fine if clean (you get what you pay for) but our room was dirty and grimy. So much so that I did not walk around barefoot and ensured I put flip flops on to walk from A to B. We asked for the room to be cleaned and as a result, a young boy arrived with a toilet roll , gave it to us and then ran off. The mattress was so old that it was misshaped and squashed out of place . No towels in room - had to ask for these . The staff are unfriendly and rude even though we had attempted to communicate in Arabic (no English is spoken). The only time one staff member spoke English to us was to ask for our phone number to WhatsApp and when denied then stopped talking to us at all . Food was hardly any selection and the dining area was dirty. I have been travelling the world for twenty years regularly and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed and the first time I have ever took a loss on money and paid to stay somewhere else. Moved hotel after two days and it was the best choice ever . Do not be fooled by the nice photos of the swimming pool - AVOID!
