We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, great service from Mr Ahmed syam at reception, smoth check in, nice rooms with our preference, However F&B Team need big training and deployment to increase their service quality,on our check out day at 12:30 PM the guy [Ebeam] at the lobby bar was sneaky to my family members and keep asking are you stay with us even we still wearing the All inclusive rings He said by word (I will not give you a drink) which is big ZERO to say this to your guest There is many ways to say no or to say it's chargeable, all of this to get a 1 Orang Juice to my Kid(1 year) But to argue with the guest and to say I will not serve you is a big mistake, Food was good l, beach is great
