Coral Sea Holiday Resort and Aqua Park

Spent 2 weeks here & loved every second. Check in was a breeze & swiftly taken to our room by golf cart. We stayed in block N/9 room 14320. There's no lift which is tiring in the heat. We had a sea view but It's not the premium ones you pay for. Our room was spot on with the biggest bed I've seen. Our cleaner was also great. Our room was always cleaned & we had clean towels whenever we needed. The grounds are absolutely spotless. There's gardeners working tirelessly in the heat to maintain this. We spent our days around the main pool just infront of the lifeguards hut. We were always the first down there. Every morning I had the pool to myself for usually at least an hour. The lifeguards were really good. We tipped some very regularly. The one from Alexandria we spoke a lot with in the morning too. He would tell us things about Egypt, his hometown & anything else we wanted to know. The guys around the pool who would bring your drinks were good to. You don't get service like this anywhere other than Egypt in our experience. We did tip often but they still would sort you out if you didn't. All the pop was from bottles along with the water. Having ice isn't a issue if you were wondering. The animation team were OK even if one was really annoying! Swim academy & football academy were my standouts even though we never done either. Did venture in sea once. It's very shallow for quite a way. The only area I could snorkel was a segregated area due to wind board things. Some some fish but would've preferred to go much deeper. In our opinion the food in main buffet was good. My wife is fussy & always found something. They have themed nights for the same night every week. The guys working in there get to know you & what you drink, bringing you them when you arrive. The al a carte was very hit & miss. We loved the American diner eating there twice & the Indian (Sari). The Chinese (Bamboo) I suppose was their interpretation on it. Crispy duck & pancakes was duck in batter with crepe. We did see a couple walk out. The main waiter took pictures. The Stone grill which you pay for, you pay for everything including drinks. The wife's fillet steak was good whereas my T-bone wasn't the best. I heard others moaning about same thing. One couple complained about everything. Do recommend the parade of shops just outside the shop on the right. Don't go to Waves across the road. If you looking for drinks & food other than in hotel I would recommend Arab Bucks. This is outside hotel, across the road & about 5 mins to the right.

I recently stayed at the coral sea holiday resort, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel itself was great, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. But the real highlight was the kids club, especially with Kayleigh. She was amazing with the children, so engaging and fun! The kids absolutely loved her activities and the time they spent in the club. Kayleigh's energy and creativity really made the kids' experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a wonderful kids club experience! The animation team was absolutely fantastic too! They brought so much energy and fun to our stay. Each member was super engaging and really knew how to get everyone involved in the activities. From games to shows, they kept the atmosphere lively and entertaining. It was clear they loved what they did, and it made our experience so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Sorry lengthy review but hopefully you will find it useful 2nd time visiting Sharm , 1st time Sensitori coral sea with family so they had a hard act to follow. As semi retired couple we thought that we would try somewhere different. We had a an amazing week at the end/beg December room was perfect very large & spotlessly clean, bed was huge and very comfy, our cleaners were lovely and we even got towel art ! Food was excellent & service in the a la cartes & the daytime restaurants was spot on - nothing was too much trouble plus it was nice to be served rather than self service, We used the buffet for a couple of evening meals choice was pretty good you would definitely have to be a very picky eater not to get something to your liking only minus as with all buffets food could have been a bit warmer & the ice cream was more like a sorbet, only had one teeny moan they had apple crumble on for desert & thats my favourite but no cream or custard - maybe I should have asked :) Drinks were good and they would pretty much try and make what you wanted at most of the bars Massive shout out to Ahmed in the View bar, the the boys at the beach bar & at the quiet pool bar who looked after us famously, always smiling - it makes a difference the grounds are immaculate its more like a park in England rather than a resort in Egypt. Entertainment was good as always lots of dancing & singing but the animation team worked hard to keep everyone happy Just a point if you want to snorkle here the reef is dead so although there are fish but not the exotic types you get on the coral so may not be for you - also whilst we were there the sea was a long way out (don't know if its like this all the time) but we didn't mid it theres a very long jetty that you can walk down & then go down steps to the sea very safe for kids a its not overly deep The only true negative is that in a couple of areas - the quiet pool and swim ups block 9 looked as though they could do with some refurbishment although I appreciate with a resort that is open all year is difficult to facilitate this - we noticed that the swim ups behind the quiet pool were getting new pool linings so maybe they will get done in time. BTW take plenty of mozzy repellent i got absolutely ravaged I don't normally have too much of an issue Overall we had an amazing break & we will definitely return (hopefully in March) Thank you to all the staff at the Coral Sea HV you made our holiday special

Me and my partner had an amazing stay and have both said it is a place we will definitely be returning to again! The animation team were amazing and made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable and due to it being quiet at the time of our visit we really got to see their personalities shine through by getting to know them on a personal level so we were able to have a good laugh with them! The pool bar staff and the life guards were also amazing!
