I came here by myself, the staff were always super willing to help and very friendly. They seemed always anxious to accommodate you and greeted you with alot of politeness. The kitchen should have produced more vegetarian options in my opinion. The hotel was very clean with very hard working cleaning staff which always put in extra little touches like towel origami.

The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. I was also bothered by the small dead insects in the room. However, it was cheap and I was satisfied overall.

All inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense).
On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful.

Everything about the hotel is just good. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very Helpful, accommodating and polite. They were exceptionally well mannered and had good and positive vibes. Special mention to their reception staff, Ahmed and Tarek, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and worth remembering. I would definitely come here again without any second thoughts.

Very good resort, they treat you very well and there is good entertainment, the food is also good and diverse. People are nice and professionals and will satisfy every need you have. They have a weekly program for animation and outside activities

Love this hotel and the staff here. Had such an amazing holiday and stay here.. Gullab is amazing, and all restaurant staff are fabulous. The pool guy is a superstar, made the afternoon so much fun. Rooms - spotless clean a little dated but think Spain in 90s. However, the cleaners clean it to a really high standard. Food - basically Italian, but if you enjoy Italian food, you're laughing . Fish chicken cooked outside was fantastic, and the chefs are so smiley and happy. Bar- taught barman English measure and he carried on serving these for the remainder. Roll on 2025 where we return

a good hotel with a good staff, a variety of food like chicken fish pasta pizza , the beach is at 5 minutes and there is a good atmosphere. The hotel has 3 pool, every day there are soles activities like aquagym, stretching, dance, and some shows at the night.

Stayed at Rivoli, had the best stay. Really enjoyed our stay, staffs are all wonderful and so kind, even the chefs at dinner and breakfast and so kind and sweet. everyone’s very welcoming. Rooms are clean and everyone is always there to help. Would recommend anyone to come and stay at oriental Rivoli. There are many activities on a daily basis for you to enjoy and at good prices too. If anyone visits Egypt , must stay at this hotel. Shout out to reewan and Ganna, they are the best at Rivoli :D

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Not only was the staff very friendly, I had left a very expensive necklace there once I checked out. They held it for me until I was able to come and retrieve it. This meant a lot to me. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, inexpensive stay in Sharm. They will have my business any day.
